Got my fiance a bike , lots of amazing help from Travis, and many more, absolutely no pressure, gave my fiance plenty of time to decide (he is VERY INDECISIVE AND PICKY) had all the information he needed, got him in his dream bike with comfortable payments! I highly recommend coming here for your first bike, last bike any bike because these are very well educated workers and they treat you like family and make sure you are 100% happy and positive about your choice. They will not steer you the wrong way, but they will not tell you to do anything they're just there to get you where you want to be. Huge shout out Travis, super smart laid back guy. I thank you all again.

So I bought my 2017 Street Glide Special here. Sales Team is Awesome. But I haven't a good word to say about JC and his service team. I called Big Barn and needed to get a new back tire installed JC said it would be June 5th before I could get in I said I was going to look else where JC Laughed and said Good Luck with that well JC Hawkeye Harley in Coralville can get it in on the 23rd of May Guess who just earned all my Business

I buy a lot of parts from Big Barn for bike builds and always enjoy the help I get from Terry and Clint. They know what they are talking about and I always get the part I need and great advice/conversation as well.

This review is solely for Terry Buckingham at the parts counter. He is the Parts Specialist and is such a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond to make sure that it's the right part and exactly what is needed. Even tells me what a better deal is or something that could save me some money. That is hard to come by these days!
I've been there multiple times and he seems to remember me, even if he doesn't remember my name. HE alone makes my experience at Big Barn the best. I hope Big Barn sees this and gives him the praise that he deserves! FTW!

Very good service have had nothing but issues with radio since bought my 2011 ultra classic in 2018 they have tried everything to get issue fixed and after fighting with it over a year got issue repaired and have never charged me for repairs especially since was a used bike when bought and gave me a loner every time they needed to keep bike more then a day and no charge for loner 2 bike from them will not buy any bike from any other dealer then them

I bought a pair of boots at the Big Barn and they didn't even last one riding season and the zipper broke (plastic zipper) they said they do not honor their product only for 30 days... Will never shop there again thank you for all your help Amy! lol no help! Cowboy boots here I come!

I never write reviews but thought this had to be said. On sept 18th my wife and I pulled into big barn Harley in one of the worst rain storms I have ridden in. Before I could get my bike parked in the lot sales manager Craig Wadle had opened the service door and was waving me in so I could park inside. While my bike was covering the floor with water Craig went and found my wife a real nice warm fleece jacket to wear and made sure we were taken care of while we were there. Craig went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and offered us a ride to a hotel while our bike stayed inside. Fortunately for us the rain stopped and we continued on our way. Now everytime I go through Des Moines I will stop into Big Barn Harley thanks again Craig

This was my favorite bike shop. This time the ladies didn't want to bother with me. I don't want to go back anytime soon.

Just got my bike back ... never again .... didn't install my 600$ seat before dropping it off and it was disgusting dusty dirty...(it was picked up from detail shop) ....and they charged me more than quote... this place is a joke ....if I could do no stars I would ....not recommending sevice there

They had a wide variety of both mail and female apparel. And a huge choice in. Harley motorcyle selections and parts. They also had childrens and baby apparel

Very, very pricey compared to other HD dealerships. The reddeming quality of the Big Barn is the parts dept is very knowledgeable and helpful. I dint know about the service dept since I do my own work. Sales are friendly. But prices are very high.

The guy at the service counter is arrogant, seemed bothered that I had a question about oil. So sorry to inconvenience you to do your job Mr. Service guy!

I want to give a shout out to Rick, who took care of our rentals (4 bikes) from August 1-10, 2019. For starters, he has a great attitude and personality, and is an expert in customer service. He honored every special request we made for the bikes we rented, and did it all with a smile. Well done young man, and thank you for making this years motorcycle tour a total success full of memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. It is people like Rick that make this country so great. Thank You Brother!

Full disclosure: I've never bought a bike here, just stopped in on my way through, looked around and bought a couple shirts. It's a nice place, very pretty construction, and is easy to see from the highway. The parking lot isn't great of you're pulling a trailer. The place wasn't very busy at the weird hour I got there so I just blocked a bunch of spaces bit if they'd been hopping there wouldn't've been anywhere to park. Otherwise, nice stuff as usual and the girl that checked us out was very pleasant.

Been past here dozens of times to & from Colorado. Decided to stop & look for a shirt. Pretty big staff in the store. Their job, evidently, is to stand around & chat with each other,. At the cash register we were asked if anyone had helped us. I said no, the groups of employees were too busy chatting. The response was a laugh and the comment "yes, that does happen, we like to chat." I think the owner could cut some staff with zero impact on sales.

Bought the 12 Fatboy Lo from a different dealer. The original dealer didn't do justice on the service side of the transaction after the sale. Big Barn has met and exceeded expectations with basic service and after markets. Terry in parts is great and all the service advisors have been very transparent and accommodating. This is were I service my toy!
