Nice bowling area but the children s side is far and it gets hard to keep an eye on them

They are planning to put the PINS ON STRINGS from November this year!! Go to Guildford Spectrum instead unless you only want to play Laser Quest.

We need to start boycotting this place to show them that their decision is unacceptable. I complained to the manager telling him all the disadvantages of string pinsetters but he wouldn't listen to me. I hope and bet that Big Apple Woking and Wokingham Superbowl will soon go out of business.

At every string bowling alley I have ever been to, I have always seen the strings tangle and take several minutes to untangle automatically and yet paid full price. So every bowling that wants pins on strings clearly wants to make an extortionate profit rather than provide decent quality bowling.

Almost every bowler believes that strings always ruin bowling. So if every bowling alley got string pinsetters, nobody would bowl anymore. Thank god Guildford Spectrum told me they would never put their pins on strings.

I took my grandson to the soft play, at the big apple today, and was amazed at the poor condition, having paid 5.95 for a 3 year old to go in, nobody bothered to check on us as we went in, the first thing you notice is that is smelt of urine, next a lot of the equipment is held to other with tape. My grandson, went to play in the hall pen, he tried to get some balls that had fallen behind a cabinet, next to the pen, when I looked it was all leads and plugs, he could have easily have fallen head first into the gap of I had not stopped him, never going back

Has a couple of bowling lanes and a decent pool hall, some arcade games for the kids and a Lazer tag too

Had a great time with laser tag and bowling. Staff all really friendly and helpful and we will defiantly be back soon!

Great venue for a couple of hours, super helpful staff who placed us in bowling lanes next to each other...full COVID regulations in place and everything was explained to us clearly. Food and drinks available..we didn't eat but staff were great to get us drinks and bring to the lane. The arcade afterwards was great fun! Kids had a great time...and the adults too!

Their opening hours appear to be wrong on their website and their answering of the phone could do with some work. That said, the people who work there are the reason that I gave this review. Especially Lucy who works on laser quest, her passion for the job is infectious and she makes sure that you're looked after for your whole visit. The Big Apple is great value for money (apart from the food and drink, but you've got to make a profit somewhere) and can keep you entertained for hours without breaking the bank. We'll be back soon!

Had a really lovely time. The staff were really nice, especially Hannah who was very kind and helpful. She told us all information we could have possibly needed to know and answered any questions confidently and with a really lovely manner. Thank you! :)

Great fun in a couple or in large groups. The prices are very reasonable and there are a variety of different packages to choose from. It is not a brand new environment but it does the job and its always quite busy. Always consider this alley if you live near woking.
