If I could give it 0 stars I would. Arrived at 930 am to unload..5 hours later still sitting in the parking lot waiting to unload...as I watch others go in and leave I still sit here. AVOID THESE LOADS!

Just a walkthrough, but quite a selection.
I was in the area on business and stopped by. Quite a variety of equipment and machinery. The have everything from office printers to CNC lathes.
The front desk was quite helpful with my requests, and the sales rep was okay, but not what I would expect. It might have been different if I had a specific piece of equipment I was looking for.

I picked up two pieces of equipment a couple weeks ago. Austin Roe was the salesman I worked with, he was helpful, responsive, and reasonable. Kudos to HGR for a great company and a great sales team! I'll be coming back.

Only improvement I can think of is faster ship out times.
Delivered here many times. They do unload quickly, but as a given, you never leave with a clean trailer. Every time, there are a handful of parts laying around in the trailer. Sometimes its simple like nuts and bolts, and other times I've found things like hydraulic valves, control panel, brackets, you name it. Seems like they don't consider it important if its not on the skid.
