went into the store twice and helped by Mike, be honest, google should provide 0 star option to us because of Mike. We check on the deal on their website, A6 lease $469/month and $4999 due at sign. When we walk in, the front desk was fine and then they sent Mike, what a nastiest rep ever, the way he talk just obviously look down on us, I don t know if I should call that racial or age discrimination, but he didn t even show us the cars when we checking the cars on our own, he was gone. When we finally decided to get the A6 and show him the deal from their website, he quickly said NO that s from Audi, and for the deal we will have to wait 9months, okay, we said it s fine to wait cause we have another car, and then he said but I can sure what will be the price after 9months! Huh?! I m confused, for getting the deal you will have to wait 9 months but I m not sure what s the price after 9months I really hope Mike know what he talking about. Anyway, I mean we understand that most of the cars are out of stock and due to covid, the prices of the cars are all high but Mike offered us $3000 more on the MSRP ( that s what he said), which is $5999down+ whatever the website asked $4999 for today and $980+/month for a freaking A6 12000miles/ year( excuse my language). Guys, paying $11k today and about $1k/month for the car, if non of you think that s ridiculous then I m sorry that I m not rich enough to give out a comment here.

Drove from out of state with an appt. Called the night before to confirm availability. Arrive and the car had been sold already the day before. No notification. While in the lobby I overheard another customer dealing with the same situation. Don't come here from out of state. Waste of time

Never had such a bad experience with the a customer service. Called for a simple inquiry and received a bad attitude. They show a bunch of cars in transit that are not available and just because I said that s bad because people look for cars online the answer was that that s the way Audi wants with a very bad attitude I will never purchase a car from this dealer. Also, the fact that the stocks are low and the sales are high doesn t give you the right to treat customers poorly.

Purchased an Audi Q5 2019 with only 14k miles on it from sales rep Kit. 3 days after buying the car the Check engine light came on. Contacted Kit at first but he did nothing to help. Then tried to contact the General Manager but nobody returned my call. It is now a month since my purchase and still dealing with the same issue. Took the car to the Mount Vernon Service center who are now trying to assist me. My thing is If I purchased a new car I should not be dealing with these issues and I m pretty sure if I was a white person who just purchased a $45k car the service would ve been different and I would ve been provided with a solution right away!

My wife and I went to see the Q3 and Q5, our sale rep was Sara who did any amazing job explaining the difference between each model and went over in detail of the entire process. Sara was very knowledge of the new redesign of the Q3 and we were able to get us a test drive with the Q3. We end up choosing our test drive Q3. Sara made the entire audi experience amazing. If it wasn't for Sara's detail explanation, understanding of what type of car we were looking for, we wouldn't had chosen car. She made the entire process seamless.

In terms of financing, the person who assisted us was Mohammed, he mention multiples times, the cost of the vehicle, the amount owed, and went over line by line of how much it will cost per month. I read other reviews that people made of him but I felt Mohammed was great in his job. He was suppose to be off the next day and we were picking up our car the following day, he check the loan and was able to ensure we would be able to pick up our car without any delay. He mention the estimate and final amount might be off by couple cents and he was right. I even got 5 dollars back in a form of a check in the mail 3 weeks later as the DMV fee was reduce.

Great service center, state of the art machinery from the moment you pull up for your appointment. Christine was SUPERB as my service advisor for my replacement of two tires. I also got to work with Jeremy and Alvin in the parts dept. who helped me with finding the tire I needed and welcomed me to the service dept. I did go far out of my way, the dealers near me are absurdly rude and I was very pleased with taking time out of my day. Look forward to my next visit! Thanks again!

Went there a couple months ago to pick up a graduation gift for my sister and my parents were greeted by a wonderful sales rep by the name of Sara. She was very attentive and helpful. Would most definitely recommend someone to go there and talk to her about getting an Audi!

By far, the worst customer service I ve received in any luxury business. I ve purchased my first car here recently. I had asked for the sales rep, Jonathan who I had spoken with on the phone to ask if the car was still available. As soon as I had arrived - I already knew it was going to be a nightmare with his demeanor and energy showing how much he disliked his job, or didn t care to give it any sort of effort to sell the car. He was unfriendly, showed no engagement, shared no smile, let alone talk about any features of the car or used any sort of selling skills - simply had a buy this car or get out attitude.

Knowing I really wanted to leave with the car that day We finally settled on a price and he took my card for a portion of the downpayment without any paperwork with car details, prices, etc. in front of me. After he had me sign a terminal receipt for the cc, he left me at the desk for an hour without giving any updates. Naturally, I became furious and was finally seated with a finance manager, Ali, to finish the sale. He immediately asked me to sign the contracts after telling me the final price of the car. Still no breakdown of the charges, no explanation. I was furious with the operation of this place - no fluidity, no trust, not a happy moment. I angrily asked for a breakdown and why he hadn t taken initiative to do so. He proceeded to list down the charges on a piece of scrap paper - you know the usual (taxes, doc fee, etc). Two charges I was unfamiliar with was an NYSIPDI charge of $1290 and a title fee which was astronomical. Naturally, I questioned it and he had quickly told me it was a flat fee of $1290 and that ALL dealerships have this for all CPO vehicles as of recently. I signed, took the contract and car home.

I had my father look over the contract and he immediately noticed that the usual charges were itemized and broken down properly on the invoice. However the title/NYSIPDI charge was undisclosed and was added along with the base price of the car. In addition, taxed more. We had spoken with reputable dealerships to ask about this charge - other Audi locations, Mercedes, Porsche and other CPO dealerships - and they all responded how they ve never even heard of this required charge and also mentioned a title fee of $690 is highly unnecessary. When researching this mandated fee - there is nothing you can find.

My father and I both tried reaching out to the dealership numerous times and were either put on hold with no pick up, left messages and no response, no call backs. I had gone to the dealership days later to demand answers. I had spoken with another finance manager, Howard, who seemed to be another dead end. It has been the most unprofessional operation which just raises concerns of questionable activity they re all in on which led us to taking further steps. Although, there has been a resolution to my particular circumstance PLEASE STILL BE AWARE before signing anything and confirming each itemized breakdown.

Aside from this particular situation - I ve had to continuously reach out and remind my sales rep to make finishing touches on the car, remove dents, etc. As there are still a few remaining dents they forgot to remove - I was told he d reach out again as soon as he got in contact with the mechanic. I haven t heard from Jonathan in a month, still no updates. And to be honest, I d rather to never deal with them again.

Overall review - appalling, no after-sales services, no helpful information, no trust, no follow ups, and zero interpersonal skills.
