Just purchased a 2021 Q8 this morning smooth transaction. Sales person(Rosario Floro) is very nice. even I m walk in customer without any appointments. Great service compared to most dealerships.after I drove home and I find out there is issues with engine hood and mirrors scratch and damage at front grills .I went back to the dealer right away talk to salesman and manager.after they check the vehicle.the manager promised me will 100% fully repair without any excuses also if can t be repair probably he promised me Audi will buy back ! Great service highly recommend to make purchases here!

Great service, perfect purchase experience , even there is some issues to this vehicle I purchased but that is issue related to vehicle .very good experience.
