By far, the worst customer service I ve received in any luxury business. I ve purchased my first car here recently. I had asked for the sales rep, Jonathan who I had spoken with on the phone to ask if the car was still available. As soon as I had arrived - I already knew it was going to be a nightmare with his demeanor and energy showing how much he disliked his job, or didn t care to give it any sort of effort to sell the car. He was unfriendly, showed no engagement, shared no smile, let alone talk about any features of the car or used any sort of selling skills - simply had a buy this car or get out attitude.

Knowing I really wanted to leave with the car that day We finally settled on a price and he took my card for a portion of the downpayment without any paperwork with car details, prices, etc. in front of me. After he had me sign a terminal receipt for the cc, he left me at the desk for an hour without giving any updates. Naturally, I became furious and was finally seated with a finance manager, Ali, to finish the sale. He immediately asked me to sign the contracts after telling me the final price of the car. Still no breakdown of the charges, no explanation. I was furious with the operation of this place - no fluidity, no trust, not a happy moment. I angrily asked for a breakdown and why he hadn t taken initiative to do so. He proceeded to list down the charges on a piece of scrap paper - you know the usual (taxes, doc fee, etc). Two charges I was unfamiliar with was an NYSIPDI charge of $1290 and a title fee which was astronomical. Naturally, I questioned it and he had quickly told me it was a flat fee of $1290 and that ALL dealerships have this for all CPO vehicles as of recently. I signed, took the contract and car home.

I had my father look over the contract and he immediately noticed that the usual charges were itemized and broken down properly on the invoice. However the title/NYSIPDI charge was undisclosed and was added along with the base price of the car. In addition, taxed more. We had spoken with reputable dealerships to ask about this charge - other Audi locations, Mercedes, Porsche and other CPO dealerships - and they all responded how they ve never even heard of this required charge and also mentioned a title fee of $690 is highly unnecessary. When researching this mandated fee - there is nothing you can find.

My father and I both tried reaching out to the dealership numerous times and were either put on hold with no pick up, left messages and no response, no call backs. I had gone to the dealership days later to demand answers. I had spoken with another finance manager, Howard, who seemed to be another dead end. It has been the most unprofessional operation which just raises concerns of questionable activity they re all in on which led us to taking further steps. Although, there has been a resolution to my particular circumstance PLEASE STILL BE AWARE before signing anything and confirming each itemized breakdown.

Aside from this particular situation - I ve had to continuously reach out and remind my sales rep to make finishing touches on the car, remove dents, etc. As there are still a few remaining dents they forgot to remove - I was told he d reach out again as soon as he got in contact with the mechanic. I haven t heard from Jonathan in a month, still no updates. And to be honest, I d rather to never deal with them again.

Overall review - appalling, no after-sales services, no helpful information, no trust, no follow ups, and zero interpersonal skills.
