Extremely well assisted by Biemans insurance advisers in transferring my insurance policies.
Biemans is a committed intermediary and looks at the customer. The customer is really central to you.

I have a very bad feeling about the impartiality of Biemans Makelaar Oosterhout and in particular Mr Max Biemans.
The office was called in to make an impartial valuation of our home, because it had to be shared or sold due to divorce.
The first thing that stood out is the amount of the appraisal costs, which are almost twice that of other offices. The valuation is also very debatable and does not appear to have been an independent valuation.
Questions about the valuation were dismissed with the answer it is all stated in the report .

Called twice to take out insurance, after two weeks no response. Again called after which the lady says that colleague has called but received no reply. I have not had a missed call! Subsequently, I am still too big a risk to insure and, given the damage reports from my previous insurer (bad luck that I have been hit by someone else's fault), I just don't have to drive a car anymore. This was the solution! Even the Vereende would not insure me according to this lady .. after a phone call with another company they have arranged an insurance with the Vereende ... Thanks for your worthless help, I wonder if you treat all your customers like that ..

Estate agent Max is unreliable and does not honor agreements!
1st bid was made on Wednesday, he would return to it no later than Friday. 2 weeks later I saw a missed conversation when I was on vacation in a different time zone.
Upon return to the Netherlands, Max was informed about the status of the bid. He would contact the seller and return to it the next day at the latest.
In the meantime 12 days further and nothing heard yet !!!
Very lax and unprofessional attitude !!

Biemans helped me with the purchase of a home in 2015 and all my insurance policies are here. I am very satisfied with the help with Biemans as a purchase broker, there were all kinds of difficult issues, but they took everything up and they have delivered. I also needed the insurance department due to a canceled holiday and this was fully reimbursed without problems. So here a satisfied customer!
