Biaqua B.V. Review

The hotel is only 2 km away from Schiphol Airport, which takes you to the bus with a free bus. Very clean room and a nice design clean and large bathroom. It is a complex we have dropped to the central, plaza, where are the swimming pool facilities, a spa and a gym where the equipment is all-inclusive, Kathos and the restaurant (buffet-breakfast and evening very good) and the skyfall bar on the top floor!

The corona distance is applied as much as possible in both the restaurant, beach bar and elevator

The shuttle bus is great but please note that it is full despite your ticket, the disadvantage is that the bus goes to the beach too late in the morning around 10:30 and when full it is not until half past 1
The sky bar is also great with a view of Schiphol
The warming trays do not keep the food warm enough because of contamination
But the food is freshly prepared and then put in hot.
We think the bed is too soft, but that is personal

Had dinner with family on December 13th. Nice and cozy and not too full. We had to pay in advance which is also good. The lady at the till (at entrance) was little on hand and bordering on rude. I would replace her asap. In front of me there were 4 people in line, tourists I assume because they spoke English, lady at the till did not say nice words in Dutch to these people with a smile. This is not possible. When it comes to food, there is little choice for "real" food. Not really dinner worthy but more dishes for lunch. Wasn't really much choice for an all-you can eat concept. Another positive thing is that drinks are included in the price. There are 4 tables with food, 1 is salad, 1 is sweet and 1 is soup. Indeed, there is not much choice.
Advice to management is: remove that lady at the till from there, more friendliness training for employees, more choice in food.

Always find Corendon nice and close to her house. And great food.

I just really want to commend this hotel and it's staff for making our otherwise unpleasant situation into a pleasant one. Our airline booked us here due to a cancellation of our flight. First the front desk were able to accommodate my husband and I to share a room instead when we asked upon check-in (we were booked into two singles). Second, they also provided an overnight kit (not sure if part of the norm but very welcomed as all our toiletries were in our luggage). Third, there's a cute welcome box full of goodies in your room which is awesome. Fourth, free airport shuttle. Fifth, super nice staff!

We were in the Apartments section. I have to say, it was really spacious and the room type we received was good for a family of 4. There was also an actual stove and the fridge was huge so you could definitely cook proper meals as needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Good amount of storage space. The water pressure is a little lacking though in the shower. Very clean room.

We were given food vouchers and breakfast but unfortunately we didn't get to try their restaurant so I can't speak for that. We did use the vouchers to get a drink and sandwich from their general store and those were quite yummy. We didn't get to use any of their other facilities.

All in all, a very short, overnight stay and would recommend to anyone!

We were very satisfied, nice staff, food was great and breakfast too. The rooms are great, clean and pleasant.

Well to start with, I was amazed to see this huge jumbo jet parked in the hotel. I was informed that it does not fly any more, hence they have acquired it for a very unique way of branding. Quite impressed with that.
The rooms were quite clean and well maintained, though it's quite a new hotel, just that some carpet stains here and there caught my attention.
The people working here are quite friendly and helpful and very polite, always smiling. I really loved these gestures which is very important for this industry.
The breakfast was interesting as well, with quite a variety of options.
The interiors had a touch of antique which was fascinating as well. The wooden cupboard for instance looked as if it were from the 18th century.
The hotel transfer facility was a bit lagging as it arrived behind schedule, but it can be overlooked.
Otherwise I enjoyed the stay comfortably and look forward to come again in future.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! All the allure and promise of a great stay and facilities but poorly delivered in reality! Poor customer service, rude staff (male employee), poorly trained/ unprepared/ ill-equipped staff, lack of facilities, poor cleanliness, parties allowed close to rooms till late parts of morning, ride shuttle service drivers, broke facilities. Just a disaster!

Comfortable. Spacious room with adequate storage for clothes for a week or so, wide range of TV channels from Dutch to British, Italian, French and even Arabic. Good shower pressure with wide temperature range. Welcoming and positive staff. Good tasty food at the restaurant.

The hotel is close to the airport. For young people who want to get to the city quickly, it is less recommended: you can either take the bus shuttle for 7.50 into the city or you can take the bus for over an hour. Important note: the hotel is not in Amsterdam but in the surrounding area, i.e. you cannot use the bus that leaves near the hotel with the Amsterdam day ticket, but have to pay 6.50 extra per trip. About the hotel itself: room clean, breakfast okay. You need flip-flops for the swimming pool, otherwise you have to buy them on site. Early check-in costs 10 extra per hour.

Conclusion: Hotel okay, location not ideal for Amsterdam trip.

An excellent hotel with everything you could possibly need on the premises. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport as well as a city shuttle service which costs 7.50. The hotel has a lovely spa with steam room, sauna and gym, they also have a lovely shop on site which sells snacks, coffee, sandwiches and toiletries. I loved the sky bar, really cool trendy vibe, definitely check it out if you are, the lift that takes you up there is the best part!

I also loved that they have a retired jumbo jet on the hotel grounds, apparently it used to be a klm plane! I would definitely book this hotel again if I return to Amsterdam!

This hotel is good, comfortable, good restaurant. There's a 747 in the parking lot I've never seen it. But it is away from everything, just near the airport.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable, but far from the center

Great service and amenities (pool, sauna and steam room). I like the free airport shuttle and the all you can eat lunch/dinner. The hotel staff was helpful and professional . One thing that I would say is that when I entered my room, my bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet area. I suspect that it came from the floor above or below me. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for my family. I also liked how they have a kiosk for check in and check out, the first I've seen, very modern.

We had an overnight stopover in Amsterdam and stayed in this hotel. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and the bed was comfy. However the pillow was uncomfortable- too square and bulky. This prevented me having a good night s sleep. Everything else was grand.

Nice hotel. Everything was as good as new. Breakfast was adequate and good. But if you want to get into the city is not in good hands. The bus to the city and back costs 7,50. For 22:30 for the last time. Bus from the airport to the hotel is free

The room is spacious and comfortable. It is convenient to have a shuttle bus to the airport.

The hotel is nice but the city center is so far away from tourists as a tourist advice from the bus stop near the hotel to get to the bus stop at number 195 leylandd stop and get to the center is about 1 hour to reach the center.I have great breakfast staff very friendly and helpful I wish I had a place close to the center

The hotel is divided into 3 categories. Apartments, plaza and "urban version". In the latter one has the feeling of being quartered in a hostel. Rooms are good and you do not hear anything from the highway or the airport. Rooms are very noisy. The breakfast is definitely not worth 15 euros. There are no spoons or saucers. You do not sit well either. The parking is large but also 15 euros per night are fierce. Great is the shuttle service to the city (round trip 7.50 ) and to the airport

First time here. I didn't know what to expect, but I'm really, really impressed. Great hotel room - large, clean, separate toilet and bathroom. Fast check-in, staff are super friendly.

Despite having booked and paid about two months ago, they told me to move from Plaza to Urban because they had no room for KLM Airlines' 100th Anniversary Celebration. Worse still, all of this was done by the customer without any prior explanation and no acknowledgment. After confirming and protesting the reservation voucher, the attitude of explaining the postwar situation is the worst. The room level is 3 stars. In-house restaurant food is also the worst. The chef doesn't even see food.

The manager s attitude did n t fit the level of 4-star. On the first day, they gave me the key of a downgraded room without any explanation. After check-in and recognizing something wrong, I did complain and at last, they explained they had no room available (while I had made a reservation and paid about 2 months ago). If there are any problems, it is a business manner to explain to customers and to ask for understanding first of all. But I kindly recommend for Corendon to retrain your manager, to upgrade your reservation system and to throw your ugly policy. (As I read another similar reviews, clearly it is hotel policy that guide some guest from hotel to other building after overbooking.)

Very good location, close to the airport and the city

I went here for the restaurant and the food is decent but not excellent.

Already eaten here twice. On-going buffet with very wide selection. Mediterranean cuisine where everything is fresh! As a vegetarian you will certainly enjoy yourself. Excellent!

Nice apartment, clean, well equipped and nice. Hotel located outside the city. A big parking but paying, 20 euros / 24h ... very very regrettable! Professional staff, hardly accessible (all done on terminals!) Damage. Breakfast at the top.

Hotel with everything it should have. Restaurant, cinema, spa, swimming pool, sports bar, sky bar, .... The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The environment has also been considered. Charging stations for electric cars. No standard toilet complaint in the room .... There is in-room facility for coffee and tea. Friendly staff finishes it off.

The room was clear enough,the stuff polite and ready to help you .It also was really exciting waking up seeing this Boeing 747 right down your window .The free entrance spa is a very good option .
Unfortunately the bus they provide its only for the drive to airport .Otherwise you have to pay 15 to go to the center which I think that it s a kind of exaggeration .There are other hotels that provide the ride to the center for free.
In general it s a nice hotel with perspectives .

A very spacious hotel with idiosyncratic and charming decoration. Very friendly and competent staff. Good location at Schiphol airport. Shuttle buses connect to the city center every fifteen minutes. This weekend, the hotel will receive a jumbo jet set up in the garden, serving as a restaurant and cafe. A mega attraction! Photos of it will follow. Conclusion: my hotel in Amsterdam!

Love the automated check in and out. The prices are great. The Transportation they offer is awesome.

Good hotel, but they didn't follow their own envirormental rules. Every day we hung up our towels and every evening, we had new towels. In addition, at around 1015 PM we had a visit in room 1520, from someone saying they wre there to clean? They had a key to the room. Hmm. Other than that, I can recommend the hotel.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Room and bathroom were clean and very quiet. The free bus transfer to and from the hotel worked perfectly and on time.
