Despite having booked and paid about two months ago, they told me to move from Plaza to Urban because they had no room for KLM Airlines' 100th Anniversary Celebration. Worse still, all of this was done by the customer without any prior explanation and no acknowledgment. After confirming and protesting the reservation voucher, the attitude of explaining the postwar situation is the worst. The room level is 3 stars. In-house restaurant food is also the worst. The chef doesn't even see food.

The manager s attitude did n t fit the level of 4-star. On the first day, they gave me the key of a downgraded room without any explanation. After check-in and recognizing something wrong, I did complain and at last, they explained they had no room available (while I had made a reservation and paid about 2 months ago). If there are any problems, it is a business manner to explain to customers and to ask for understanding first of all. But I kindly recommend for Corendon to retrain your manager, to upgrade your reservation system and to throw your ugly policy. (As I read another similar reviews, clearly it is hotel policy that guide some guest from hotel to other building after overbooking.)
