Biaqua B.V. Review

From Canada and first time travelling outside of North America and was here on a school trip with my college last October. What a great place to stay comfortable bed, quiet at night spacious pool, helpful staff, would definitely like to return to the Netherlands down the road and stay here again! The only complaint I had was the shower the water was nice and warm so no problems there however no curtain or door for the room I was in so water went all over the place each night however this was only a minor issue and can be looked into in the future it didn't take away from the fact that the bed was spacious and comfortable allowing for a goodnight sleep and that it was nice and quiet at night

This place is not close to be a 4 start hotel by far, we arrived to the Junior suite, there wasn't: towels or amenities. We call to get towels, at 11pm and they said they will send someone and nothing happened, we called again and they forgot, so they send us 4 FOOT Towels! They charge 200 EUR in the buffet breakfast! For 3 days! We complain at the cheekin they said nothing, like "thats the way it is", so we paid, then I was not happy about this we went to the reception, and it was a mistake!
We need to leave the hotel a 7am, the breakfast buffet supposed to open at 6:30am we thought we could eat sth, but they open about 15 mins Later, and of course we barely could eat with any peace.
The installations are not well care, the breakfast was good, I mean they have a variety of food, but I don't recommend the restaurant or order wine by glass, I could tell how old was the glass of wine I ordered. This place was just too expensive in comparison with what you get, waste your money some where else. For almost 600 EUR 3 nights... ridiculous!

Absolutely huge hotel complex. Sufficient for a business stay.

Looks great. It is just a shame that the restaurant does not have a bit more quality to offer.

We really liked our stay there, although the food at the hotel restaurant was pretty bad in the evening.

Nice place for families a little inconvenient to get to Amsterdam, the car is needed

Beautiful hotel, located fantastic, sweet and friendly staff Can be clearly recommended.

Place was beautiful. Very close to airport which we used as a hub for trains, super market etc. We stayed in the urban building and anytime we needed a lift back and forth there was a wee buggy to help. Staff were very nice!! Wish city centre bus was closer to dam square but a 11 all day tram ticket sorted that out. Over all we loved it!!

Staff are awesome. They go above and beyond what is expected. No request big or small is ignored. Will definitely stay here again

I would put 0 stars if it was possible. These people are THIEVES, avoid at all costs.

Here is why; Immediately upon booking a room through Expedia, I noticed the dates were for the week after I needed the room. It could have been an error on my part or a computer error through Expedia, however I don't remember selecting the wrong dates and didn't notice
it until I was going to print out the confirmation sheet. It really should make no difference as I literally called less than 5 minutes after authorizing my credit card.

After being given the run-around for 5 days they said it is "impossible" to switch the dates since it was a non-cancellation room. Anyone reading this with common sense will understand that this is BS, they simply chose not to. I did check the availability for the dates I intended to book and they had plenty. I am not going to be in the country for the dates I have reserved, so I had to book at a different hotel and they have $250 of my money. Don't believe any response the manager may post here. I have read other reviews of him and the staff being rude and it was confirmed by Expedia telling me he actually hung up on them during one of their attempts to rectify the situation. There is no reasonable justification to not switch the dates, especially since there is availability. They told me I would have to pay full price again. Do not go to this hotel unless you want to support THIEVES.

The sky bar is amazing! The food in the buffet restaurant is very nice and the staff are super friendly. I would like to come back again.

Actually a good hotel, but as of 04/2018 nothing quite finished. A typical airport hotel with the appropriate clientele. Business people and Asian travel groups.

The food was very nicely arranged. The cuisine included a blend of Turkish, Italian, Japanese food. They have a greater collection of desserts and my daughter loved it. We tasted all the delicacies. The price of the buffet is absolutely worthy of the amount of items being served on the platter. The chefs were extremely friendly towards the customers.

The only improvement that I could recommend was the no. of personnel working in the restaurant. There were only 6 people serving a group of 100 customers. They should have deployed more people for serving the customers.

Spent a night because of delayed flight - seamless transportation from airport, comfy apartment which would work very well for families with kiddos, good dinner and breakfast options. Not close to City center and shuttle stops too early for good night outs in the city

It's booked via last min. Good prices with clean room. If you are tired after landing late in Holland, it's a good choice. The hotel shuttle to city is the location of attractions.

The four-star hotel room booked at last min is a good choice to arrive at Amu Darya Airport late. There is a free hotel bus to arrive, and the hotel paid bus to the city center the next day.
