BIA is great to work with. So much so I am actually taking the time to write a review, which I very rarely do. They were on time to the pickup on a critical team load that was 900 miles. They made it in 17 hours. When I called them at 10pm, someone answered and was able to quickly track my shipment's location which allowed me to update my customer when they wanted an evening update. Professional and great service. I could not be more pleased with their service and plan to use them moving forward.
