Beverly Wilshire Beverly Hills (A Four Seasons Hotel) Review

Worst four seasons Hotel I have ever stayed in. We had a one bedroom suite which was old and dated and not in a classic way. The staff were either very polite or very rude about a 50/50 split. The food is very below par, I expected prices to be on the high side but the quality and taste of the food was very low. $22 for 2 boiled eggs that were tasteless. Overall a massive disappointment.

The last time we stayed at the Beverly Wilshire, we were upgraded to a large suite in the Wilshire Wing. We began our stay with complimentary glasses of champagne and strawberries served with a smile on an antique silver platter in our balconied pool view room in the Beverly Wing. We had an excellent view of the the city outside our balcony enjoying the lights twinkling in the distance from our comfortable poolside chairs. The blue green waters rippled in the moonlight as we finished our champagne and strawberries looking forward to our first night in Beverly Hills. We were given free shopping passes to all of the stores on Rodeo Drive to use the next morning, receiving free gifts from the local merchants. Hermes was especially generous giving their 24 Faubourg and Caleche perfumes as well as an Hermes scarf that I have today. After shopping we had a delicious lunch at the hotel having what may be the best cup of coffee in the entire world. The manager of the Regent made sure we had free passes and easy entry into the Skybar at the Mondrian in West Hollywood with wardrobe suggestions by the hotel manager. We had an excellent time that night returning to our room the next morning to a table beautifully prepared with a breakfast for two made exclusively for us courtesy of the hotel. After breakfast, our bags were packed by the concierge for our complimentary upgrade to a much larger suite in the Wilshire Wing. We were treated to a basket of fresh roses with marzipan while we relaxed in the jacuzzis feeling good in our luxurious four room suite overlooking Wilshire Boulevard. Service is outstanding at this Four Seasons 5 star hotel. Concierges are there to help 24 hours a day with any request just name it and it's yours. When I was stuck in the middle of the busy street outside the hotel with cars coming toward me and no place to go unable to cross the street, the doorman of the Beverly Wilshire ran into the busy street, even risking his life to pick me up in his arms to carry me to safety across the street to the front entry of this beautiful hotel. I highly recommend this world class hotel to anyone who insists on delightful perfection delivered with a warm California smile.

Went to the bar 4 a drink with a friend. The service was great and the drinks were delicious of course. Would definitely come back again and partake in some food which I'm sure is also amazing.

A very beautiful hotel. We didn't stay here but we did walk through. The floral arrangements were amazing!

Last time I was here at Wilshire was with my boyfriend was at 5 am due to a car show at sunset plaza. We though the staff would kick us out, but they had let us take pictures of the cars and let us have coffee and muffins they have had in the front. They staff is very friendly and whenever I m in Beverly, this is always be a spot I attend too to take photos of cars.

It's an excellent hotel very good service only lack of parking space the valet are not helpful they always trying to kick out move your car I don't why they do they no patience they need to fix that and on the street there's all meter parking they don't have pick up or drop off zone outside they should have that every hotel should have that my limousine they didn't have space for to drop off which very stupid.

It was exactly how I thought it would be. I have been wanting to see this hotel since Pretty woman. Service was amazing, staff was friendly and I got to ride in THE elevator.

How cool and central this hotel is. Always waiting to see a movie star around.

Zero customer service rooms are old can't even get a proper room for a guest paying 1000 dollars per night for a crappy old small room next to noisy elevator. Had to wait 1 Hr to get a proper room after 16 hour flight and still they can't find a room. Would never stay here again. Ashamed this is a four seasons more like motel 6.

Overpriced for the lack of updated amenities. You have to call down to room service any time you want ice.

Amazing service! Everyone here is very nice and helpful. Taylor the concierge was great she helped us find a great dessert place that made our evening. Only negative I would have to say is the rooms couches were uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable but you can't move the tv to watch while in bed or else we would have just stayed in bed all night long. Over all still a 5 star all around.

Beautiful lobby. Doormen were very attentive. Alot of non-guest touring the lobby but did not take from the ambiance of the hotel.

Visited Cut, the restaurant at the hotel. It was delicious. As we were talking amongst ourselves about bread, the bread arrived. As we were talking about wanting seconds of the bread, it arrived again. As we were talking about the main meal, it arrived. If I didn't know any better, they were paying attention to our table conversation and acted every time we said we wanted something. Even happened when one of the party wanted mustard. Definitely a 4 star dining experience.

We had an unusual night at the restaurant here. Minutes after we ordered, the power went out. We hung out for 45 minutes waiting for it to come back. Our waiter was super nice and gave us a free round of drinks and a couple free appetizers. When. The waiter came to tell is the restaurant was not going to get power back he offered to book us a reservation anywhere we wanted. All in all this place made the best of a bad situation and I can't wait to come back and get the full experience.

An exquisite hotel all around. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, willing to help in every way possible and a sensational location. Staying here, you really feel immersed in the glamour of Beverly Hills with Rodeo Drive shopping just steps away. Walking and jogging all around this area was such an experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Stayed from 16th to 19th August 2019 very high prices for the service received. They gave me a very noisy room as you could hear the air conditioning system right under the windows, I had to change rooms. In the change I forgot some socks, I asked but they didn't consider me and I didn't see the socks anymore, it's not for the value but for a hotel like this I thought there was more attention

A splendid hotel in a superb location. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Staff really go out of their way to be helpful across all departments. The valet operation is very well managed. There is an outdoor pool area and a spa. Note that the hotel has two wings: the main one which you enter through Wilshire Blvd and has the reception area (with many rooms having views on Rodeo Dr) and the so-called Beverly wing behind. On balance I prefer the main wing for some of the views available, but both are nice.

They charged me over $600 for dining in, that I told them that I never had, yet they still charged me!

Incredible, excellent treatment in an incredible place in front of Rodeo Drive. That if it is very expensive, the night does not fall of 600 euros and a breakfast not less than 50 every day.

Went to the main bar which was nice and has a good view of typical Beverly Hills. Getting my car back from valet took a while despite pre-paying it. Hotel design is still nice and worth a visit.

Too expensive they just want us Poor's people's money I wish they put an average priced restaurant in the lobby. Bathroom was clean !:)

Overpriced, low quality service. In general looks like it needs a refurbishment... or a better designer. Worst four seasons our of all I've been to.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights while In California, the service here is outstanding, from the quality of the room and service to members of staff throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beverly Hills / Hollywood California.

Upscale place the gym is a tad bit too small but it does the job ,treadmills are top notch you can get a good workout if you come early

This is a very good hotel, but there are many tourists because of the pretty woman. I recommend the other Four Seasons.
