Attended a large (600+ people) event. We filled the ballroom almost to capacity. They delivered a three course table service meal without a hitch. It's an attractive venue with delicious food and excellent well-organized staff. Great soundsystem too. My only minor misgiving concerns the physical layout of the building: it could use an extra set of restrooms adjacent to the ballroom for events this size.

It really was like a dream come true. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were super fast and they always made sure I had everything I needed. I'm not sure how they monitor the rooms like that ... there must be like little hidden cameras , but they were on top of things. I felt really attended to, but I also felt like the whole experience was very private. Of course the rooms are great. And the place even withstood an earthquake while we were there! LOL

Don't think about the Pretty woman Hotel! The rooms are very old furnished, little bathroom,- old, everything old.... Not renovated and for this very overpriced....765,-$ per day for a horrible room....... So they give us a double upgrade to a suite. The suite was ok, but also overpriced for the old furniture.........you can not make coffee in the room, what is standard for a five star hotel........ But the breakfast is a joke! No buffet! It is only a la carte and extremly expensive! For two people you pay for a poor breakfast with nothing over 100 Dollars! In the bathroom no floor heating for the marble floor...... Very cold! The closed was so small, that you can hang in 5 Jackets,- thats it. The driver from the hotel you could use normally for shopping is nearly never there, so you have to take Uber. The Bar is ok. The room service is not working. When we arrive they should bring us a welcome Champagne to the room.... It never came....... Now I ordered something from the concierge...... Nothing is coming....... Everything very overprized..... No value for the money. The concierge is good for making reservations for Restaurants, but thts all.........

We stayed here for our special night with my partner! It was a wonderful stay with an awesome room. We had the jacuzzi suite, it was very spacious and in a good location. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care. The overall experience was very remarkable! Very extremely recommended!

Staff is amazing. Greeting u with a smile and always eager to please. Rooms ARE beautiful spacious and clean. We wanted the fridge cleared so that we can fill it up with our own drinks next thing we know there was a second fridge waiting for us in the room it's the little things that matter really. The pool is small but never busy. They hand u towels ice cold glass of water and even sunscreen. Once in a while u can even spot a celebrity here and there (we saw Alex Baldwin and George clooney). The cut steak house was ok. Nothing to write home about but the staff knowlagable and helpful.

Top notch hotel with all the top celebs staying. Saw Michael Douglas in the lift about 25 years ago and he wasn't with his wife ;-). Love the idea of a swimming pool on the roof. Great access to Rodeo Drive for all that window shopping.

A very nice hotel that has undergone extensive Renovations over the last 15 years. The steakhouse run by Wolfgang Puck, Cut, is a stand out if you don't mind paying $150 a head for a steak. I recommend the old place candidly. I think that the boulevard restaurant is good, but like everything else the hotel it is quite pricey so go only when you're looking for a need to be seen or don't mind paying $10 for a soft drink.

Truly one of the best Hotels in the United States. Considerate, smart, intuitive service. They have treated my family very well on numerous visits to California. There are a limited number of hotels that I truly love on the West Coast, and they are near the top of that list.

First time in Beverly Hills. Beautiful hotel, staff is amazing, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I wasn't impressed with the room service food. I ate at The Blvd for breakfast and it was excellent.

I am writing the review on the bar inside. Again just like most beverly hills high end hotel bars, once you get an actual table from the very busy staff, then the delicious drinks and the small appetizers and the views of the beverly hills from the outside patio makes the valet parking and the wait to get a table all that more worth it. I think it is a good place to conduct business meeting and or bring in tourists to see where pretty woman actually had drinks.

Great place

Great place

We ask in any language for a leftover food request that can be packaged and delivered to organizations that provide food for those in need It may require some work but it is a great grace to simply contact a good organization that provides food to those in need and you will see a great blessing
