Went here today to see RX. Brandon Nezhad was extremely helpful in showing us the cars from the inventory. Despite not having an appointment, he made it possible for us to test drive pretty much any vehicle we chose.
He gave us all the info we needed, and gave us a great experience.
Great Showroom. Test drive car lot is 5 mins from the showroom, but they will take you there. The car you go in to the showroom is taken care of by the Valet for free.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever worked with. No one really cares about you or helps you, they have no compassion to solve or help you . Big mistake. Please read all the reviews before you go in there, also the facebook reviews.
Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had!
AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing!
I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act.
I have never had such a bad experience at a Lexus service center. My family has owned Lexus' forever and I have always been a fan of the brand and the service that was provided with it. This dealership / service center is all about the up-sell, they don't care about you, they just want to overcharge you and rip you off. I brought my car in for routine service and was told I needed all these ancillary services which were completely unnecessary and useless, that was $600 dollars right there. They then called me and proceeded to tell me my brake rotors needed to be resurfaced and that would cost $1400 dollars and when I told them the price was obscene they came down to $895. How can you go from $1400 to $895?! Again, it's all about ripping you off.
After this horrible experience, I came on here read the other reviews and called Lexus of Woodland Hills, and what a terrific experience I had. They immediately took care of me, didn't charge me for an assessment and were so transparent about what needed to be done to the car. Please don't waste your time at Jim Falk's Service Center, it will just leave you feeling angry and ripped off. Go see Ray Garcia at Lexus of Woodland Hills and I can ensure that you will have a seamless experience!
This is my most disgusting experience. The car received recall in October 2020 and still cannot be repaired. I ask you to replace this car with a new one, in response they offer me the same car almost twice as expensive... I have to continue paying for the car that I cannot use for half a year((( I do not recommend this dealer!
I know this sounds cheesy, but this is how car-buying was meant to be.
Alicia was super professional and straightforward when it came to getting a deal done and making sure I got the best financing rates and dealer rebates.
She found the exact color and model I was looking for and I really appreciate making it so easy, even though my schedule was difficult to work around.
This dealership thought they could lie about the legal "conditions" of how my loan "got approved" AKA buy a over priced "accessory fee" that is a "warranty"! Also they offered me around $5,000 less to what Kelly Blue Book and Carmax estimated/gave for my traded in. They go back on the promise they gave you to get you to sign papers!!
Please, stay away from this dealership. They tried to sell me an RX350 that's listed on their site at $60,255 (after the $2,000 lexus cash offer) for over $74,000. Tried to tell me it was a rare edition, etc. BS. I found this exactly car at plenty of other dealerships. Even if I have it shipped to my state, I'll end up paying a lot less. The worst Lexus dealership I've had to deal with in my life. Crooooooks!
Decent buying experience, the sales staff is a little green and it shows. The bigger issue however is that I was sold a vehicle having tires with bad dry rot. I purchased the vehicle at night so I didn't notice how bad it was prior to purchasing.
The vehicle was a late model with very low miles and now one month after purchase I have to replace the 2 front tires as they are no longer safe to drive on. It is very surprising to me that a dealership like Jim Falk in Beverly Hills would sell a vehicle that is unsafe to drive less than a month after purchase due to bad tires. The rear two tires were replaced prior to sale (almost certainly due to dry rot), why not the front two as well? Pinching pennies at the cost of customer safety.
I contacted the internet sales representative I had worked with in attempt to work something out but was ignored. It would seem that his "Contact me if you have any issues at all" was not sincere.
