I have never had such a bad experience at a Lexus service center. My family has owned Lexus' forever and I have always been a fan of the brand and the service that was provided with it. This dealership / service center is all about the up-sell, they don't care about you, they just want to overcharge you and rip you off. I brought my car in for routine service and was told I needed all these ancillary services which were completely unnecessary and useless, that was $600 dollars right there. They then called me and proceeded to tell me my brake rotors needed to be resurfaced and that would cost $1400 dollars and when I told them the price was obscene they came down to $895. How can you go from $1400 to $895?! Again, it's all about ripping you off.

After this horrible experience, I came on here read the other reviews and called Lexus of Woodland Hills, and what a terrific experience I had. They immediately took care of me, didn't charge me for an assessment and were so transparent about what needed to be done to the car. Please don't waste your time at Jim Falk's Service Center, it will just leave you feeling angry and ripped off.
