I found the car online and submitted all necessary documents before speaking to anyone. Upon arrival, Scott was very attentive, had the car ready, and went for a test drive. After the test drive, we dove right into the numbers. From the finance department to the sales team, I felt like I was in good hands. The process was streamlined; however, everyone was pretty thorough in explaining what I was signing off on. A great experience none the less. Highly recommend.

Shady business here. Refuses to price match the same part that another Lexus has in stock. Charging an extra $60 here for absolutely no reason!

He s honest and doesn t recommend any services that we don t need like other car dealerships have been known to do and he even saves us money whenever possible by providing options when available. Made an appointment at the last minute and was able to get in and out quickly. Even though they are under construction they have done a great job setting a comfortable waiting area.

Took my car in for its 60k service and for a vehicle recall. Brando and the service team were amazing. I requested we do a break down of the service to be completed and Brando was able to provide me all the detailed info. He got me into a loaner and was able to get my car back to me later that day with the gas topped off and a fresh wash. Nice job Service Team!

I had a great experience at Tustin Lexus Service! It was my first service since purchasing a certified used car. There was a minor issue I did not notice when I bought the car and Brando made sure the problem was taken care of that I was happy.
