Don't bother working with them commercially or ordering frequent large orders. Their corporate office staff never answer the phone or return phonecalls. Been trying to request copies of invoices for months. Guess they aren't interested in getting paid!

i love this companys products. and im not posting this cause i work there. listen up people if we dont support this this company and buy better made chips .there gunna leave the state.just like other companys have. plus lays chips suck ass they are to thin and crumble. grrrrr. forever a better made eater. ;) .

I just had to go online to post my comments. Born and raised in Detroit. Went to cass tech and Wayne state but left to California in 1989 for job opportunities. Recently came back to see this great landmark still here along with eastern market and belle isle. What a memory rush! Chips still taste as good as I remember as a child.

They use palm oil!!! If you want to keep breathing ban all products that use palm oil!!!!! They are destroying rain forests for that stuff

This is a real potato chip. While the shipping cost is crazy I appreciate the quality and the flavor. Also being vegan I can still enjoy the hot chip that don't have dairy like many others. No other can compare. My family ONLY eats these, fresh, original and truly better than any other.

Where can I get those dark chocolate. Covered chips in Grand Rapids?

Worst chips ever had them at a brewery in Tecumseh and after they had no taste and had some green on them I googled to find what "better made" chips are. Come to find out they are from MI (detroit)..wow these were really bad and they menu at the pub acted like they were the best thing. I want my money back.

Pickle chips are the bomb best chips Michigan has to offer is better made my wife luvs the originals my kids love the barbecue.

FOR DRIVERS!! Park on 6601 French Rd then walk to guard shark. The staff is friendly and very helpful; They'll guide you on how to back in coz it's kinda tight. However, if you're delivering unbagged potatoes, they'll leave a bunch of em in your trailer and you'll have to have a washout which will cost you $150 and ofcourse brokers are too greedy to reimburse anything! Not going back.

Bettermade makes great quality chips. I love their jalapeno cheese puffs! Very hard to find because they're always sold out at the gas stations. I bring a few bags into work and every time someone asks to try them they are hooked!

Been eating these since the early 80's, and I've been disappointed as of late. Ever red hot bag that I've had this year looks like barbecue and the taste is lacking. When the bag is on point, it's 2nd to none!

I love Better Made snack foods. There barbecue chips are my favorite snack. I can eat a whole bag in a day. I love there other snacks too. Go Better Made!

Historic landmark located on the east side of Detroit. They have a store where you can buy chips made fresh other souvenirs such as T-shirts bags even ponchos and see many awards given to the Better Made company from the city and other organizations. The The sole shoes are very friendly and helpful

I buy the lightly salted chips and usually are great but this was the worst bag I've ever had. They were so salty and burnt tasting very disappointed in them!

I have been a better made chips fan for 50 years but the last couple of years the chips are tasteless and there are always crumbs at the bottom of the bag. I just bought a bag marked that they were good through March 10, 2021 and they tasted like cardboard, so bland and flat tasting. Such a diappointment from what the chips were in my childhood. I do not think I will be buying them anymore. Waste of money!

Better Made Barbeque Skins need to go back to regular favor and $1

I have been consuming better made chips for 50 plus years---I always thought that they were the best----now I have discovered Gordons food---gfs chips----goodbye better made----taste better and much cheaper.

Chips are wonderful but shipping is outrageous. I grew up in Michigan and miss alot of things I had there but $12 shopping is ridiculous

Great Service! So we decided to stop by and take a look inside. My daughter had never been to the factory like I did as a child growing up. She was so happy to go inside. We were greeted by Ebony who was behind the counter. She spoke when we came in the door. Explained prices to us. She was smiling and happy to help us. She provided Excellent customer service! Thank you! You Rock! They had lots to choose from and the place was clean. They even have a Better Made Chip on the wall where you can take a picture. How cool is that! I brought my No Salt chip bag which was $1.40 for a big bag. That's way better than the store price. Looking forward to coming again soon. Thank you Better Made! It's nice to come back to places you went to when you were a child.

My husband bought a bag of your corn chips and they were stale. He even checked the due by date and it was fine but they were so bad he chunked them.

My chips were not orange enough. They are the cheddar and sour cream ones and they weren't orange enough which means they didn't have enough flavor

Been a customer my whole life. Nothing will ever beat the original better made chip. I have tried them all and nothing compares to the originality. I don't live far from the better made factory sometime I'm going to stop by and check it out!

Bought chips at a Rite Aid in Ferndale,they were stale,no one cares and no one will reimburse me for stale chips,what a poor way to satisfy a lifelong customer of nearly 70years.

Bought a bag of rainbow dark chips, which I love. Got partway into the bag and discovered a piece of fried bread in the bag. Not good for someone with celiac. Now I'm laying here with a migraine, trying not to throw up and dreading the gut reaction that's sure to come in an hour or two max. Bread.... Not an ingredient in potato chips

Been buying movie theater butter popcorn for years..but..lately??The Butter & Salt AWSOME flavor is not at all as good as it's been..have got several of my friends hooked on the popcorn..but..they are saying the same thing.WHY CAN'T COMPANIES LEAVE THINGS ALONE!! The chips are pretty good overall, BUT the better made (Red HOT!) needs alot more barbeque red sauce on them they need to be drenched in the sauce to have a better flavor & to not taste like you're eating plain chips!!! PLEASE ADD MORE RED BARBEQUE SAUCE TO THE BETTER MADE RED HOT CHIPS!!!!

My boyfriend and I love your corn pops, and because my boyfriend has high blood pressure he loves to eat no salt chips. We thank you so much having to be the only company to make no salt chips. We love you guys not only for being a Detroit michigan company, but we love you for making great tasting snack foods. Especially no salt chips!

Better Made Chips were at one time the best. They were cooked perfect, just the right amount of salt and perfect size. Now for some reason just about every bag we buy whether they are the 'Lightly Salted" or the regular chips they are all busted up and almost reduced to crumbs. Much of the bag is wasted which in turn means a waste of money. Please bring back the quality Better Made once had.
