I've worked with Bob Simone of Better Living Real Estate personally, and have had many clients who have used him and other agents who work with him. We have all had great experiences, and I would recommend Bob and Better Living without reservation.

We worked with the owner of the Bob Simone when buying. We were very impressed by his honesty and expertise. He refused to promote properties he showed us that he felt were not the best fit for us...even when it meant making no offers at a time with limited inventory! Eventually he found us the best fit! We are so grateful he convinced us to hold off on making offers on earlier options that we would have regretted.

I have know Bob professionally for more than 10 years and he sold and purchased my current home 3 years ago. He is a true professional in every sense of the word, and in my opinion, after the 2007 real estate crisis, has brought respect and integrity back to the real estate industry. They listed a house we were interested in. Our agent showed us the house and when she spoke with the listing agent from better living, she was told that the agreement was being signed the next morning. We put in a back up offer in case that sale fell through. So unprofessional to have interested buyers look at a home that is essentially already under agreement. The kicker is that we were willing to pay more than it sold for! (closed today)
