I have worked with Betsy Grauer and her team several times since moving to New Haven: her acumen and experience are absolutely invaluable, and her sensitivity in juggling a client's various needs is deeply reassuring. I highly recommend her to anyone coming to the area or moving within it, and will continue to send people in my life to her business.

We could not be happier with Betsy and her team! My wife and I knew nothing about buying a home when we sat down with Betsy, and she taught us how to look at a house from the ground up. We learned how to evaluate structural beams in basements, furnaces, boilers, wiring systems and roofs among many other things. She took the time to listen to what was important to us, and then found us the perfect home before it was officially listed. She was able to get our offer accepted before the open house, even in the midst of COVID. And even after the closing and our moving in, she continues to be helpful, advising us on home improvements and connecting us to professionals in the community. We are so grateful to Betsy and her team for finding us our home and making the home-buying process so easy!

I had a bad experience with her realty company back in 1998 , she had a agent name Tom who curse at me and said the home owner already gave you enough. The problem with that I wasn't buying the property through her agency. what a bad realty agent she let represent her logo and name. I didn't buy the property because of the way he talk to me. I'm sure when she read this she will know whom I am.

Anne Marseille is excellent. We ended up looking at places across a couple of years (!) as we could not find the right one. She was very supportive throughout and helped us find a lovely home and get through the process of purchasing. Highly recommend her to anyone.

She was so dismissive. Showed up late to a showing of a very expensive condo. Didn't have the facts...basic, like central A/C or no. Wouldn't show me parking. MAYBE spend 15 min on showing. When I had follow Q'a, she'd give me monosyllabic answers like "no." I am a qualified buyer. Don't waste your time with her especially if you are selling your property. She will undersell it and just be clueless in general.

We bought a home with Betsy last June. She was professional and managed her schedule of showings to meet our availability. She was the agent for both the seller and us for this sale-she handled it professionally and represented our interests sufficiently. We would happily work with her again.

We had a horrific experience with Susan Frew when she was showing our place for Betsy Grauer. As renters, we are required 24 hours notice by Connecticut law before the real estate agent can bring prospective buyers into our apartment. Susan Frew repeatedly disregarded Connecticut law, letting us know about open houses she was holding with 20 visitors at a time with only a few hours notice. Doors were left open (which could have allowed our pets to escape) and visitors essentially wandered, unguided, over 3+ floors, taking photos of our personal spaces with no respect for our belongings. Judging by the Google reviews of Frew Management LLC, Susan Frew is no stranger to flagrantly disregarding tenants' rights. Betsy Grauer and Susan Frew will be hearing from our lawyer.
