We had a horrific experience with Susan Frew when she was showing our place for Betsy Grauer. As renters, we are required 24 hours notice by Connecticut law before the real estate agent can bring prospective buyers into our apartment. Susan Frew repeatedly disregarded Connecticut law, letting us know about open houses she was holding with 20 visitors at a time with only a few hours notice. Doors were left open (which could have allowed our pets to escape) and visitors essentially wandered, unguided, over 3+ floors, taking photos of our personal spaces with no respect for our belongings. Judging by the Google reviews of Frew Management LLC, Susan Frew is no stranger to flagrantly disregarding tenants' rights. Betsy Grauer and Susan Frew will be hearing from our lawyer.
