No a fan. No sound proofing on windows facing I-5. Shower curtain was filthy. Blanket was insufficient.

Would have given them a 5-Star rating until i went to get a room and the lady tried to charge me a $25 deposit when i never had to pay a deposit before, the first time i stayed there... I felt like i was being picked on by the big lady behind the counter, so i left!

Misinformed but management quick to fix. Tub problem housekeeping dispatched immediately. Breakfast was so so. Walls were dusty. But not to shabby.

NO WAY. HOUSEKEEPING GM KRYSTAL INCLUDED ROBBED ME BLIND. WAS DLNG LAUNDRY...THEY WENT I MY ROOM. $520 CASH 2 DEBIT CARDS, GROCERIES. THEN KCKED ME OUT ON THE STREET. KEPT MY CASH DEPOSIT..WHICH THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR INITIALLY "ONLY MGR CAN ISSUE RECEIPTS" YEAH FOR HER POCKETS. UNREAL... FOUND SEVERAL REVIEWS SIMILAR. WONT GIVE ANY INFO ON OWNER OR WHO TO COMPLAIN TO. KRYSTAL ( general manager) is apparently..the END ALL IN COMMAND..SHE IS THE RING LEADER AS WELL.

Most of the receptionists are nice and helpful but the last one I spoke with wasn't. She said she would send the housekeeper.

I originally stayed in the room and felt something biting me all night long. I had to put a ling sleeve on and background music to fall asleep.

He knocked on the door and came to change the sheets. I didnt realize housekeeping didn't have keycards. He came in and took all the sheets. He went to get towels. So we left the room to go with our family to eat something to come back and I went back to check and the front desk said he came and knocked and left because no one answered. Well it's not my fault who ever did their shift didnt have their head on and now I'm being blamed for not answering the door when the first person had access and wasn't able to make it.

So now I have to make my own bed.

Great service, very clean rooms, and conveinient to everything.

Very interesting, economical, clean, well distributed and equipped the room, the attention we obtained when checking in can improve, the attention when checking out fabulous, breakfast is based on bread and butter, coffee, waffle, cereals teas In general it is a place where you can return.

Horrible place!! Shares a parking lot with Gustav s and WILL call a tow truck on restaurant guests even though their parking lot was completely EMPTY!! Clearly the manager has nothing better to do than act like a petty jerk!

The first night I arrived I had to sleep in my car because the night desk person told me I could check in early but had sold the room by the time I arrived. The next 3days were ok with the exception of the last day of my stay when the general manager spoke to me in a condescending fashion and kept hanging the phone up in my face like a little child. Quite unprofessional and rude as she wouldn't even let me get my question out completely before she tried to over talk me like she was my mother hushing me from making silly comments. I expect more from a general manager as she wouldn't even give me the name of her boss. I think the hotel is fine bit the management leaves something to be desired. Her behavior was unacceptable.

They took all my deposit....for dirty towels, dirty sheets, and for smoking! It really sucked especially this time of the year!

Worst place I ever stayed. Get there to check in front desk person was rude and acted like I was pouting them out to help me. They rambled everything so fast couldn't even understand what room I was in. Finally get to my room to go to sleep and the door lock is busted so the door does not securely lock. Then go to take a shower and the bathtub and shower head are covered in funk obviously haven't been properly cleaned in awhile. Finally try and go to sleep and the mattress springs were shot there was no support laid on the bed and dipped in the middle and basically fell in. Then leaving in the morning figure I will take advantage of the free breakfast. The food was inedible bread and biscuits were hard and stale, all the juice was so watered down might as well of been water. Would not recommend definitely will not be staying again.

Wish i could say it was a nice stay. Bookd for 4 night but left on the 3rd. Thin walls, could'nt get clean towels. The front desk was nice, thats it!

It looks much better online than in person. The rooms are very small, the freeway noise is very loud. The wind was blowing through the window. Soap from the previous visitors was still in the shower. The box spring has stains all over the sides. And the hallways coming to up stairs were filthy. I would not stay here again.

I got a jacuzzi room for my wife and I. The fireplace and jacuzzi didn't work. No manager to speak with and I called for a week. No manager was Ava to speak with. Had to pay full price for the room.

For this price, I was expecting some old, horrible rooms. I was wrong, the rooms were amazing for the price. New floors, new furniture, nice city view, no odor. Also very roomy, big bathroom.

Clean rooms, convenient to hospital. Highway noise was not an issue.

For the price it was 5 star quality delicious breakfast that was plentiful and complementary. They were very clean and the beds were very comfortable
