To be a 4 star I expected slightly better, all in all clean and comfortable rooms + excellent breakfast

Great hotel, great breakfast, beautiful and very spacious rooms. The only negative note, the distance from the center of Milan

Good value for my experience.
Breakfast definitely up to par and good cleaning overall.
Sore points are the clothes hangers full of dust and the air conditioners attached to the bed that I would not have known how to use.
There was no main light, but only 3 lamps (one of which was not working), probably because the window is very large.

Hotel in line with the expectations of a 4-star business as it is practical and well structured. Excellent for holding corporate meetings. Do not miss the breathtaking view of Milan, especially by night, which can be enjoyed from the room located on the 15th floor where appetizing aperitifs are organized, as was the case in our case. Recommended.

Really well organized ... only flaw: the very slow elevators

Great hotel. I didn't like the area that much, but it's easy to reach by metro. Courteous, reliable and precise staff for any eventuality. The gorgeous room overlooking the city. Clean bathrooms. Highly recommended.

The staff were very welcoming and communucated well, telling us everything we needed to know when checking in. Close to the station - Lancetti. We had no problems. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, a lot of options and the ambience was lovely. Dinner was okay there, and not pricey, we was able to pay for everything when leaving.

AC didn't work properly n the front desk officer was very rude, she needs to learn manners n learn that hotels are all about good hospitality n good sanitation. Other than the AC n mannerless front desk Chinese looking officer, rooms are relatively spacious n clean. Breakfast was ok!

I got it, unfortunately during the Fashion Week it was the last option available. Let's leave the dirty carpet and the slippers unavailable but the bathroom was the worst I don't even want to describe it but if other people's hair makes an impression I highly recommend avoiding this structure! Do 1 just for the kindness of the breakfast staff!

An excellent value for money hotel, located in a non-traffic zone for cars, therefore it offers excellent soundproofing to facilitate a night's sleep. Five minutes of walk are enough to reach the nearest underground station. The quality of cleaning and reception is of quality. Icing on the cake with the colors of breakfast.

Helpful staff and overall a nice hotel. The room heating is not great, the breakfast is good with many healthy and tasty options, the bed is comfy.

Food was terrible, expensive and small portions. aircon was sub par, showerhead was clogged. Plus side is the staff are friendly and helpful.

You get a lot of hotel for your money, but the location reflects the price. In a very run down area of outer Milan. 15 minute walk to the metro.

The beds are comfy and there was good daily cleaning in the rooms. Air con OK.

Breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of items.

Car parking in the garage is expensive at 10 a day.

Overall, a very good hotel in a not so good area of Milan.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to any type of public transport. the staff quite friendly. Perfect breakfast and nice room. Not too big but not that small either. Just right for a 4 star hotel.

Nice bedrooms! Nice meals! We stayed for few days for work issues, really cute where to stay. It was good enough to chill after working hours. Great views if you book the room at high floors. As you can see, meals are decent and the price, competitive!

As a negative point would be its remoteness to the historic center. Around there are few restaurants or places of interest. The nearest metro stop is 1km away.

wifi was horrible. Breakfast was good but other meals no! no hair dryer, no shampoo, no conditioner, even after I left a note for them. Far from the attractions. Overall it is not a 4 star at all, most like 2 stars! don't waste your money here, you can get a better hotel downtown Milan.
