Very convenient for position if you decide to travel by public transport, two steps from Lancetti station.
Friendly staff and trained, well-equipped bathrooms with tub and shower, and large and comfortable beds. Return allowed h24 with time reception desk and helpful, inside bar and restaurant.
You can leave your luggage until the check in a convenient, recommended both for business and for leisure.
The only flaw the carpet in the room, a bit 'too dirty: it needs a thorough cleaning with suitable machinery, is probably only swept, and dirt over time starts to accumulate.

It is equipped with numerous services including garage.
I have not seen the rooms being a conference participant but the care given to common spaces and services gives me hope.
The only drawback, far from the metro, so the connection with the city center passes through the circular line.

I liked the location. On foot: 10-12 minutes to the nearest metro, 30 minutes to the Garibaldi train station, 1 hour to the Central train station, skyscrapers.
The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. Grain coffee, fresh juices (do it yourself), a set of cheeses (camembert, mozzarella, ricotta, etc.), cherry, sweet and savory pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, melon, pineapple, baked apples and pears, yoghurts.
When booking, check different resources, prices are very different. In November, we found a great offer on Ostrovka, about 2 times cheaper than on Booking.
5 euros - tourist tax.
Upon arrival, take a deposit - 50 euros.
The staff are friendly.

Arrival in the late evening. Need a relaxing bath, let's talk about a 4 star, it seems impossible. No room available has a working bath plug! In the first room that is proposed to us on the second floor, the water from the tub comes out brown. The air temperature it's very cold. Really ugly carpet full of stains of all colors. We ask for a room change and after 30-40 minutes, where the staff was still kind and helpful, we settle for another warmer room but without the possibility of taking the dreamed bath.

Breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff but breakfast with prepackaged industrial products. Not adequate for the class of the hotel. Only on request can we have some ham and cheese.
Excellent underground parking, albeit with additional payment. M3 underground at 1 km by walk.

I was in this wonderful hotel .. comfortable and clean room, kind and attentive guys, fantastic breakfast very good buffet. Convenient parking below ... I highly recommend it !!!

Home moldy and mattress smashed in an off-center area and not conducive to nightlife, a stale breakfast is the program. I was greeted by a staff full of prejudices while a somewhat destabilized client was trying to coax the counter agent with a box of lookoums he had gone out to buy for the occasion. This places the hotel well, not too comfortable blaise. I had asked for a queen I got a king with two beds next to each other and a large mattress laid on it completely smashed. Above, customers slammed their closet door all night and underneath two types obviously from the Parisian suburbs were playing watchmen. The next day worried about the atmosphere of the hotel I asked for the queen reserved which was in fact under renovation, the plaster fell into the bathroom whose ceiling was enamelled with holes as if a tom peepling had taken up residence there. I did not sleep for 2 days, so I was scared. I had already dealt with another Blaise & Francis in Rome in the same style, to banish. I advise against, the area will leave no regrets.

We expressed a problem with the door closing which was not resolved on the two nights we were guests the hotel was below our expectations for a 4 star hotel the staff is very friendly and polite the continental breakfast was very good air conditioner had the thermostat off and it was not possible to set a temperature that I did work properly and there were no instructions to make it work

Nice place, clean, courteous and attentive staff. I was on a high floor that allowed me to see a great view of Milan. I advise.

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet "superior King city view" room with a beautiful view of the Milan skyline. Giant and very comfortable bed. The bathroom that would need a restyle is the only flat. But all in all great stay and certainly recommended.

This hotel is a complete dive and situated in what looks to be the Brazilian Favelas. Somehow it still has a 4* rating but should be lucky to be a 3*. The restaurant and bar are never open apart from breakfast which just by looking at what was being served i opted to pass up on. The staff were rude and unwilling to offer any sort of assistance even a simple thing like asking where i could get a coffee from seeing as they wouldn't make one for me because the bar was closed they could not tell me where would be best to go. The only 2 good points i could give to the hotel is 1, The beds are comfortable and are cleaned every day and 2, The closest metro station is only a few minutes walk so its easy to escape the absolute pit of misery that is the Blaise and Francis.

Of the four stars has nothing !! Bad finishes, old rooms clad in a "new" way. At the kind reception apart from a Dominican quite opinionated. We stayed 2 nights and on the first morning the housekeeper asked me if I needed the room refurbishment service, initially I told him that I just needed some towels and change cups since I used them, I told them I would left on the table and she told me that I had to pass them to him so he gave me the clean ones, at that point I told him that I would have liked to also find at least the bed made up ... and she ... then you want the service ?! In a 4 star .... I think it is due or not?!?!? Nn The breakfast is included ... 10 in more !!!!!!! Parking?? 10 more !!!!!!! Poor service ... poor rooms .... all services Nos included !!!! This is a 2 star maybe !!!!

Rooms are ok. But breakfast is not really worth 10 euros. Breakfast somewhere in the city is better and cheaper.

Good hotel, shame about the location and the distance from the metro

The receptionist was very rude. We stayed with a 2 year old baby. We had to wait for the refund procedure for the city tax that the receptionist had made incorrectly at check out. But when the baby crying the receptionist showed a very uncomfortable look without filtration. It was a very inadequate customer service. Such an attitude is very shameful that she is not faithful to her own profession.

Generous 3. Location is sketchy but hotel is nice. Area has a lack of food selection however Chinese township restaurant was fantastic located down the street. Also, no AC during our stay although we reported numerous time. Also, mini bar didn't get fixed even though we reported 3 times.

I review this hotel by pointing out that overall it is a nice hotel as far as I have encountered during the 4 days of the convention.
The environment is clean and well-kept and the staff friendly and professional.
A sore point is the waiting time to be able to have lunch, decidedly too long, probably due to the limited number of employees in the room and / or kitchen service.
The menu is generally valid and with competitive prices.
In the lobby excluding the places used for lunch, there are very few seats and seen and considering that next to it there is a conference room with about 300 seats, once the room is closed for the break, to facilitate the reorganization procedure, practically you don't know where you can stand if not standing on the stairs or in front of the reception.

I was here for a conference. Found parking easily, very friendly staff.

I don't know the overnight but I was there for a conference. They leave the parking gate open without any sign indicating that the service is a fee and when they extort the 15 from you and point out that there is no writing anywhere, they say you had to inform you who was holding the conference to find out . So according to them you have to find a parking lot to be able to come in and ask if you can park? Ridiculous. I advise against lecturing here.

Old location, cleaning services not so good, poor restaurant

Hotel room lovely, large bed, room was warm at all time as it was snowing . very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast good. Joel excellent barman and waiter. Easy to get into centre.

Staff very attentive quiet mannered seriously and always available (as of course they can do) and pleasant to customers .... Despite being part of a hotel chain, it seems to be family run, almost like being among old friends.

Very rude staff, apart from the general manager. If you ask a question, you will never get straight and competent answer. This is no four star hotel. The breakfast is the only good thing.

The room is very badly furnished. The hair dryer is very low power, it takes to dry your hair. The room is almost falling apart. I do not know if they are running a scam or something. But they tell you that if you break something in the room, you are liable.

Then you enter the room and you see that most stuff about the break.

The hotel staff is very rude and incompetent. The hotel room is in a catastrophic condition. The last renovation was in the 80's. The hair dryer has a very low power, so hair drying takes ages.

The tiles in the bathroom are cracked and the walls have stains everywhere, especially where you do not look right away. The only good thing about the hotel is the breakfast. The area is not as central as the hotel claims. It is located in China Town and the area is a bit shady.

Chosen to host my demanding relatives. Excellent choice for location and professionalism of all the staff. Definitely a reference point in the area for future invitations. Thank you

I was a guest for a conference so I can't comment on the rooms or the food. With this in mind, the hotel looks good, large hall and conference room on the first floor. Unfortunately there were not enough seats in the room and I found myself standing up unfortunately (but I don't think it's the fault of the hotel but the organizers of the event). The room has a large stage with projector, the sound was clear and felt good

The hotel is not in a central location and it could be challenging to locate it from the street. Public transport stops are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and they are not bad. The offer for breakfast is wide and varied.
