Great breakfast
Good appearance, cozy room as well as comfortable.

Friendly staff. The hotel unfortunately appears only well in the entrance. The rooms are old, as is the furniture. Not to stay for more than one night.

All very good, only the cuarti lighting is very poor, I play 65 and only had 3 dim lamps and shower door should be redesigned because you wet the whole bathroom to the bath.

they hotel looks good but unfortunately our stay was not. We did not have a working phone we were attending a Lions International Convention and several of my members had the same complaint. Also, the air conditioning was horrible. The hotel gave me a fan :( literally I had to sleep on top of the sheets because it was so hot. We also left the curtains closed so the heat from the. sun would not fill the room. Hotel only has about 4 irons and ironing board. People were ironing their uniform at 1am. Restaurant was a joke, but must said the only reason I am giving it one star is because the breakfast was very good, although the lobby was very hot. I don't want to discuss the front desk I found them to be very rude and impatient. Not my fault your hotel has so many problems.....

Moderate price for a 4 star, cozy room, helpful staff.

Breakfast was great, outstanding. However phones in room did not work, tv only had CNN in English. Food for other meals not so great.

Very nice, neat and elegant and not far from the center of Milan

The staff is corteous but the facilities with the hotel is very very poor. I'll share just one instance Stayed for 4 nights and complained of poor Internet WiFi services. Received no support nor Solution to my problem. Truly disappointed with my experience this time. Was unable to connect with business nor family. Food is also not available at all times except time given for dinner which is at 7pm onwards. Feel sorry for this disappointment.

From the 80s and accordingly worn. Highlight is the breakfast. Room very large and nice view over the city.

The hotel is not very central, but if it is well vomhnicado tanyompor meter, about 200metros, as per bus. The hotel is very cozy. The rooms with bathroom very clean and the person very profedional and friendly. The breakfast is very varied.

Accommodation for one night on 2/28/2016 for work. The room a little oldish but clean enough and the Wifi didn't work well. Excellent breakfast that is well taken care of in the assortment with also the possibility of making fresh orange juices. While I make a note on the lever dispenser for jams that is impractical. I will be back and will complete the review

Equipped with every comfort, it is a good solution to stay in Milan. You reach the island neighborhood on foot and other areas with the 91 (which is best avoided in the evening and at night).

Not sure how this place got to be a 4 star hotel

Rooms are incredibly dated, beds are rock hard and the heating is inadequate. There are many conspicuous stains on each of the 8 towels provided and the bathroom is so badly designed with black mould all over the bath

The hotel is nowhere near central Milan but close to a metro station which will get you there in no time.

The staff are probably the best thing about this hotel, really friendly and welcoming

Internet did not work in the unacceptable room for a 4-star hotel frequented by people traveling for work. Outdated interiors and poorly cleaned carpeting

Hotel quite close to the center, let's say about 15 min by car.
There should be bus stops nearby.
In the street of the hotel there are no parking spaces, they are under the building for 10 euros per day or 100 meters in the main avenue.
Nice staff and quite spacious room.
Good general cleaning but a little subdued the finishes to be a 4 star, during a shower in the morning before leaving a little water came in from the window.

This place was wayyyyy nicer than I was expecting for the price I had paid. VERY clean, staff was extremely accommodating and kind and they were fluent in multiple languages. If you have Apple products, the wifi isn't very good it is hard to connect and disconnects often. The breakfast is definitely worth it, if you pay for it beforehand because it's like 4 . Very delicious. Make sure you pay for it beforehand because it's 15 the day of. This hotel is also pretty far from the city center but we just bought the 2 day urban metro ticket and then we would walk from the hotel to the nearest stop (Maciachini) which was about a half of a mile walk, then we used the buses/trams/metro to get around.

Strategic position, a stone's throw from the center of Milan; walk to the vertical garden. The Duomo dominated the panorama visible from the room. Excellent choice for business trips. The hotel is not very modern and the room assigned to me certainly needed a lot of attention. Carpet is the first thing they should avoid both in the corridors and in the rooms. The very welcoming lobby with classic decor a little dated but elegant and well maintained.
The very kind and helpful staff. abundant and complete breakfast. Pay attention to the charges of the minibar in the room; although I have reported that I have only taken a small bottle of water, at check out I have been charged 2 times its price.

The hotel is very good, the bad thing is the area that is somewhat dangerous, although taxis are not expensive.

The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars ...
The structure is not the most recent, I have stayed in structures with fewer stars but with more decent rooms.
The bathroom has an uncomfortable bathtub, the air conditioning works poorly because the system is obsolete.
I am not interested in the safe, fridge and TV and I find them superfluous both for leisure and for business trips, I prefer a more efficient bathroom.
I prefer to take the stairs instead of always taking the elevator, but they are very dirty with damaged baseboards (they are the internal stairs, not the external emergency ones).

The staff is however very kind, helpful and prepared despite low average age. The breakfast is international and very rich, satisfying every kind of request, very comfortable bed.
