Once the renovation is complete, this hotel will be a real gem. Great staff and awesome rooms

Very nice staff. The newly renovated rooms were nice and nice. Unfortunately, it was a bit sad that it was not possible to order and bring beer up to the room. It lowers the rating a lot. There was also poor supply of food

Perfect location when working at the highway. Comfy beds and a good breakfast.

Disturbed by the noise outside at night and the sun in the morning. Slept badly for 2 nights. The breakfast is superb and so are the staff.

Good price, perfectly okay breakfast. No fridge in the room and no "extra" bad with parking but it was not expensive to stand on communal.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was super friendly and helpful staff. It was a fantastic restaurant with delicious food attached to the hotel and the room was fantastic. Fresh and newly renovated with modern style. very fresh and cool bathroom / shower and super nice bed. The hotel was also incredibly central with only a stone's throw from the train station, the center and a large indoor shopping center.

The stay was a big disappointment. The hotel is under renovation and the offer is miserable. Did not get breakfast

Nice hotel if you are traveling with a dog. Really nice gift bag with dog treats and a water/food bowl for your dog included in the room price. A little hard to find parking though. Service minded and nice staff!

In my booking I had asked for a silent room, and I was kindly upgraded when I checked in at the hotel. When I arrived later on in the evening to go to sleep there were no personnel in the reception. This room was not to my expectation at all. Floor heat in the bathroom on the stone floor should be on at all times, it was freezing cold in the bathroom. The general heating of the room should be sufficient. It wasn't. In this room there was a cheap warming fan in the wardrobe that was provided to be used if needed, with a horrible sound that I had to listen to the whole night. Behind the television it was a blinking white light when the TV was in standby. It was no way to turn the light or the TV totally off. At breakfast they had no Earl Grey tea and when I asked for it, they said they were going to renovate the restaurant, and therefore didn't buy new tea. Needless to say I didn't sleep at all that night, I had to put extra socks on and sleep in my hoodie. I was told in the morning when I complained about my bad night, that I should have asked for an extra radiator, and that the TV in that room had been repaired... and also that I should have put the floor heat on myself in the bathroom (!) I got a proposal of 200 SEK reduction of the total price I had paid that was 1105 SEK, later on when I had complained about my stay at this hotel. I think this whole experience was very negative and I would not recommend the hotel to anybody.

Hot room without A/C, bed worn out, like sleeping in a bathtub. Basic breakfast, not worth the price of the room.

Hotel breakfast! We tried to step in from the street and buy breakfast. We do enough about that. A reasonable cost and something for everyone. Now I am satisfied and satisfied.

Good and fresh modern rooms, very clean. Good plentiful breakfast with both hot and cold. Too bad there is not parking for everyone, which means that you have to stand in paid parking if you do not have time to get a place (although SEK 2 / hour is affordable). But very good location near the center, mall and train station.

The rebuilding bigger than expected, more focus could have been put on the breakfast. Nice rooms.

Clean, good location near train station, tasty breakfast, but no mini fridge in the room . Expensive. Anyway no more choices in the city. The picture of the city train station

Centrally located hotel with nice rooms. Good breakfast. Slow lift lowers the rating a little. Quick and easy check-in and free car parking close by.

Good, modern place. Contemporary rooms in nordic design. Separate restaurant in the same building. Works well.
