The surrounding area and the exterior of the building are not exceptional, but the interior is much nicer!
Good location for what I wanted to do, lady at the reception very nice (but it's random from one person to another), breakfast ok ... but the big black spot for me is the sound insulation between rooms which is entirely to be reviewed! It is unnatural to hear the neighbors' water pipes in the same way, so when they talk or cough in their room ...

Always a good place to stay in a Best Western hotel, neat spacious room for Parisian standards. Although the doors can use a paint it generally looks neat. Limited breakfast where things are missing compared to other Best Western hotels. Our room also smelled very much like tobacco smoke. And a minibar is missing.

A nice hotel at first glance but in my opinion not worth 4 stars. Bedding with a mattress topper that is not at all the size of the bed (difference of more than 15 cm) and a duvet much too small for the bed. Which makes the night less pleasant. A bathroom with flaws that could have been fixed. And a slightly expensive breakfast for the service.
The geographic area is fine.

I used this hotel when I stayed in Paris for about a week. On my last night in Paris I came back to my hotel to find the zipper on my suitcase (Which I had a lock on) was broken and 200 euro that I had hidden inside was stolen. I told management about this and they didn t seem to care or do anything. Don t stay at this hotel or if you do make sure you keep all of your money on you.

Room and bedding ok, bathroom very small. The set very clean, only flat toilet products were not present for 2 people and packaging not worthy of a 4 . Congratulations to the employee in the breakfast room who struggles for her clients, alone despite a significant number. She deserves to have a colleague to relieve her.

Worst customer service attitude I ve ever seen at the reception of any hotel let alone a 4 star. No greeting, she made us wait for no reason at check in and was outright rude. No hand soap in the bathroom which was tiny.. no fridge, no iron. Hotel is not clean or well maintained. They lock their front door since the area is not that great. Priceline sells this as an express deal, worst deal ever. I d give this hotel ZERO stars if I could. Not recommended at all.

Very noisy, noise inside the hotel, bad bed. There is always something missing in the room: shower gel, coffee, tea ect ...
Synpathetic staff

I did not have a good experience since the hotel lacks security controls and a stranger came to him as if he were a guest, since he had a key to access the rooms, he entered mine and stole all the money I had saved. However, the staff did not provide the necessary support for the situation, being that this can happen in any hotel and that they could not do anything else. The point is for the breakfast that did not disappoint on any of the days of my stay.

Nice hotel, very clean room although a bit small. Impeccable staff and very practical parking, however be careful with the dimensions of the car ... A little disappointed that our towels (although hung as requested) were changed on the second day when a sign invites us to think of the planet. Small problem also with the night bell which visibly works poorly.

Well. It's late, it's Sunday night, we go to bed and we sleep well anyway.
When my wife goes to pay for the hotel at the end of her stay, the receptionist does not want to consider the 65.25 deposit. She states that these are fees. My wife refuses to pay, calls me. The receptionist insists. Finally, the manager comes out of his office and the problem is solved immediately as if by magic!
So, to sum up: we sleep well, the bathroom is fine, but DECEPTION on the type of room and bed, and above all an attempt to SCAM us of 65.25.
Finally, the paper given to my wife looks like an invoice, but it is an provisional document invalid for collection (sic).

I am from Colombia. I was staying at this Hotel from September 21 to 30. It is very nice, good attention, the people who work there are very friendly. It is in a quiet place, with a nearby market, restaurants and two metro stations. Very good.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very good and there are many shopping malls nearby. The hotel is clean and they clean the room every day. Although the hotel lobby is always crowded with tour groups, it is very crowded and noisy. Overall, the hotel is good, I will still choose to come again.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel and I found myself well, I change towels and clean the room every day, kettle and the need for a cup of coffee or tea, in front of it there is a supermarket that opens at 7 am, near the metro, various clubs in the area, overall we enjoyed it, I would go back!

A nice, small hotel, from the outside rather unimpressive. The lobby is very attractive, with great colors. The room was very nice and clean, but what was missing was a mini bar. The breakfast was good and tasty, but barely varied. The staff in the breakfast room was often not afterwards which meant that many uncleared tables were available and there were some cutlery or similar. We had problems with the Save and have addressed it several times, but the problem was not solved during the stay. The connection to the public transport is great. A supermarket and many restaurants very close. Although opposite is a hospital, you hardly notice this.

I will never ever stay in this hotel again. The service was miserable for a 4 star hotel, no one was able to speak understandable English and the employees don t care about their guests at all, no one has answered our questions well, for example about the metro and bus stations and they just did the absolute minimum for us, I wanted to have information about my lost package and no one was able to give me a truly information. Every employee I spoke with was telling me they will take care of it, nothing happened until the manager told me after one week they won t do anything about it. We stayed 5 nights and we didn t even get fresh bedsheets for once! The shower was broken and dirty, the floor as well. The room was way too small for two persons. I m more than disappointed, worst hotel that I ve ever seen.

I had the opportunity to spend two nights in this hotel for a business trip and I must say that I was perfectly satisfied. First of all concerned about the reviews on Booking, I must say that I had an excellent stay: the rooms are spacious (Parisian hotel), the staff friendly and helpful, the hotel very beautiful and design . The breakfast was excellent (lots of variety, nice room, quality products) and I have to say I was expecting more than 13 euros for a 4 star hotel in Paris! Having used to stay at Best Western hotels, I recommend this one 100%. In addition it is well located: 4 minutes from Bel Air metro on the 6th and close to line 1, and lots of commerce / restaurant nearby.

Spacious room clean. King size bed very comfortable. Good welcome. The entrance to the car park is frankly very narrow.

The room was quite small for 3 people but since we mainly needed it to sleep and shower it was ok. Except for the rose petals under the bed it was clean. Daily cleaning and towel change went great.
Breakfast was good. Something for everyone.
Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. One gentleman even surprised us with his knowledge of German.
The connection to public transport eg. Metro were within easy walking distance.
All in all, a great stay.

Over priced in my opinion , it cost me more than crown plaza Zurich and facilities are one third of that. Neither the staffs at reception are warm and welcoming. In fact I found them fighting twice. No sign of 4 star hotel as mention on google. Good thing is it's very easily connected to city center and other areas by subways and RER

Picpus is nearest subway. You can take that to reach Eiffel tower directly. It's 25-30 min by metro.

RER A is at Nation station which is 10-12 mins walk from hotel. Nation has both metro as well as RERs. Take RERA to directly go to Disney land.

My overall feedback is area and neighborhood is good but hotel is below 2 star. Try finding any other in the same area.

Perfect hotel only problem, the night we hear absolutely all the piping if your neighbor bedroom decided to take a shower at 4am as it was the case for us, then you will hear absolutely everything. Without that, nothing wrong

The concierge is the nicest man there is. Arrived late and he was very kind and helpful. He made the stay perfect. The hotel is a little outside the centre but the metro is close and the price reflects the location. The room itself is ok, smallish but has a great shower.

There is a grocery store at the doorstep, surrounded by restaurants and a bakery that serves fresh baguettes. Since we booked at the last minute, the price/performance ratio is very high.

A nice room, attentive and responsive staff. An unscrupulous neighbor with a little loud music and the person on call that evening was very responsive which is a good point. Besides who smoked. The smells in my room are not great.
