If you are in Madurai and if you haven't been here then it's a real shame. I love the food and the ambiance. The Chinese food is awesome, and the desserts are beyond comparison. It's a must visit place and the pricing is very reasonable.

Best place to have weekend buffet. Lot of varieties to fulfill your hunger. Dont try to miss the curd rice, rasam rice & masala tea to have a lovely ending.

One of the great hotels of it's times. Good, but not great compared to the recent influx of hotels in madurai. The bathroom fitting can definitely be upgraded, the overall maintainence can definitely be improved drastically. The restaurant is good. The manpower and team very courteous and genuine.

Good and moderate place due to the constructions in roadway the present atmosphere polluted very much after completing the roadway it will be a pleasant one the roof top garden restaurant expected

Hospitality was excellent. The interiors were spacious, comfortable and rich in grandeur.Food was tasty and top notch, and recreational space provided was refreshing. Grappling scenaric views and exhilarating hilltop experience made the stay a pleasant one.

It's an elegant hotel with luxurious rooms. It's located on main road which connects with every place. They provide newspaper to each room every morning. Wi-Fi is available. Lift service is there. Big Bazar is located in front of it. Each and every room is having a centralised AC, well cleaned washroom, mini refrigerator, telephone, laundry service, doctor on call. Food quality is awesome. There's a bar in this hotel. The rooftop is having a swimming pool that creates a good and romantic atmosphere. Gym is provided in the terrace. Staffs behavior is descent.

I was only here one day so I can't comment on the laundry service. The food is good and had some variety for different countries as well as local cuisine. You can choose to get the local paper delivered to your room each day. There is a pool on the roof with a romantic view of the city. The pool is not heated except by the sun so if you want to swim at night it might be a bit chilly.

Food and services are good. Recently reopened the bar. Good ambiance. Rates are reasonable.

Had a bad experience on New year evening party. Not a interesting event and also boring event to spent on party evening. Charged much for buffet dinner with very limited variety's charged much for that event. Need more improvement to fulfill the customers satisfaction.
