Very neat restaurant with numerous variety of food. Ideally located

Food is costly. No free wi-fi ? What is cost now a days...Bislari bottle is for 50 Rs...Rooms are OK but not cost worth. Staff is not discipline...

We had room at the rear with not such a beautiful view. Perhaps better than the front, which is located on a very busy street / intersection. Room more than adequate with good beds and wonderful bathroom. On the roof terrace a large swimming pool and seating areas to enjoy a drink while looking out over the city. Breakfast and dinner very good. Friendly employees!

The bar is really great. They serve lots of free snacks, unlimited. They have a big TV screen where they play music video. It is a loud place because of music. Service is really good.

Nice 3star property in the heart of Madurai with 24 hours coffee shop and speciality restaurant

Very old and heritage property but lacks modernity Rooms are big but no use because of old things and small TV makes it very out of the way in modern times! Oldest music and poor toilets near reception is very Bad ! Restaurant tough good staff are very good but food is poor and below average as all repeated menu ! Rates are high new management has to take over to make this a good property else nearby new ones will benefit !

Famous hotel in Madurai.Foreigners usually stay here only.At the top swimming pool is there.Nice to enjoy.you can have a better view of MADURAI city.very spacious.clear view on the road., tourist enjoy this place.Big Bazzar is against this hotel.Foreigners used to go there and purchase.

One of the best business hotel in madurai. Good hospitality. The front desk staff were really helpful and the complimentary breakfast provided was delicious. More over a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax and have a good time.

Worst hopitality ever i faced . No staff no management. Ruined all the fun of wedding.

They did not show correct price. In online it shows cheap but if you go directly it is huge cost.

They have wall tiles installed at bathroom floor... I had slipped and fell down hitting my head.... It's very very dangerous for any person..... Especially if it's an elderly person it would be a great disaster... Apart from that their service was very good.

Excellent hotel , food and service. We had some noise in our room and without hesitation they changed the room at night 10 pm. Very cozy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with all continental and south Indian spread. Very nice staff. Th best experience one can get in Madurai

The hotel is very pleasant for stay even though in the midst of the busy roads. The price is comparatively cheep for facilities such as these.

Rooms and service are good but location more traffic population

Service delivered at the restaurant with a pleasing smile, ever willing to help guests with multiple options. And of course great food with an excellent choice of both vegetarian and non vegetarian fare.
