We took an interview at Bhishop Vishwasam Hall. The hospitality was great. The restaurant also tasted very good. They also have a coffee shop for the evening where you get cakes and pasteries.

Went restaurant to have a coffee at 11am unfortunately was closed

a beautiful hotel with a good food and rooms..swimming pool at roof is nice except that its flat and is not descending slowly from the the low level to higher level..every place in the pool is evenlydepth..but is nicely located pool..staff is very courteous.

The hotel was arranged by Dubai Tamil Sangam for the passengers returned from U.A.E through chartered flight. In my view this was the worst hotel in madurai. Room door sensor was not working at all. No proper response from hotel receiption for an issue or complaint raised for the door lock problem. Poor service with low quality food. It was not worth for the money what we paid. Totally street side hotel with untrained staff, room was not cleaned during our stay, dirty carridor, leaking taps, no backup for light during power cut. Water was available on and off in the washroom. No hot water available in the bathroom at all. Moreover in the receiption they have displayed snacks, cigarettes (Goldflake kings charged RS.360, the original cost printed on the packet is Rs 165) like a petti shop and selling the things more than double the price. Free dental kit and coconut oil also selling by the receiptionest for Rs 80. The management and staffs utilizing the lockdown period to make more money. Totally unprofessional staff. We have been quarantined for 7 days as per the government regulations, but the hotel employees were treating us a Covid 19 patient's. Not recommented to any one.

Hotel Germanus is located near Madurai Kalaavasal and has all the facilities here, accommodation and restaurants and bar facilities and it is a safe place to stay abroad.

Rooms are very good and clean. Breakfast and Dinner is also tasty and lots of variety in buffet.

They have an excellent place for a candle light dinner.... the service was extremely well nd over the expectations. Staffs were also very polite and kind to us. We really enjoyed tat evening.

Very old hotel and Rooms size is good but maintainance needs to be improved, not value for money, the ambience and room interior should be improved for the amount that they are charging
