We replaced 21 windows---some of them fairly large. My wife is super happy with the new windows and the fresher look of the home. It changed everything for the good. Now we're inspired to do other improvements to the house. From the salesperson to the installers and customer service, it was a really, really good experience. We bit the bullet and decided to replace our old windows. I am really glad we did as 2 weeks after the big 2021 Winter Storm hit. I can't imagine how much colder our house would have been with our old windows during that storm. Best Buy Windows makes the process easy. We had a nice gentlemen Jerry come out and show us an example window, and colors. No upsell, no bait and switch. They offer 10 windows for 1 price which is nice and easy. They do charge more for tempered glass so be aware of this, the reason is city code requires tempered glass for specific windows for safety. From the time Jerry left our house, it took a good 6 weeks before our windows were ready. I like that they use a Texas manufacturer to make them. Crew of about 5 showed up after calling and confirming and they did a wonder job. They were very respectful and clean. We only have 9 windows so they completed the job in about 5 hours. We're really happy with the windows and love the look and functions of them. I usually like to leave at least one criticism, the communication could be better. I had to call them several times to see when the windows would be ready as the estimated timeline went by. They were super nice over the phone about it. Also, after the completion, we were never contacted to ensure everything went well and we're happy. Anyways, I'd use this company again and recommend them to all my friends and family looking for new windows. Contact them with confidence, they'll do a great job and offer great windows.
Best Buy Windows and Siding provided our family with excellent customer service. All details about my installation were explained very well and they made sure I understood each step in our window installation.
In October 2020 I signed a contract for 35 windows. I didn t get an update until February 2021 regarding the status of my order. In April 2020 while scheduling the install BBWS told me that the contract was wrong because the contract amount was for 34 windows not 35 and that I was expected to pay the installers when they left my house. I said I would not pay the installers, that I would pay when the job was complete as in all services including inspection and warranty were received. I offered to make a partial payment after install with final payment due after inspection and BBWS said no.
I wasn t sure if the installers would show up but they did. The installers did a great job and I paid 70% of bill. BBWS was angry that I paid 70%. BBWS advised that they wouldn t give the warranty paperwork until I paid because that is their last leverage for customers to pay their bill. I offered to drive to their office and exchange final payment for warranty and my offer was declined because they said they never agreed to partial payment. In any event, the inspection failed due to one window needing to be tempered. I figured the fix was easy enough so I offered to give the installer final payment if they showed up with warranty paperwork. The installer showed up with tempered window but no warranty paperwork. I contacted BBWS and again advised that I wouldn t make final payment until I received the warranty paperwork. They emailed the warranty and I overnighted the final payment that included the extra money that wasn t in the contract and never heard from them. I had to call the city and schedule my own final inspection. I would not recommend BBWS and that is a shame as the installers did a great job.
After 20 years of owning our home we finally had the opportunity to purchase windows. This company was the best decision I could ve ever done it truly transformed our home and I m ecstatic ! The craftsmanship it s phenomenal and the installers were excellent very professional and quick! It was truly worth the wait and I must say their staff especially Miss Shelley was truly a godsend. I had a great time talkin in dealing with Best Buy windows. They was very knowledgeable about the product. They wasn't pushy and gave me plenty of time to think about my decision and now my windows looks great.
I bought my house 4 years ago and it was built in 1985 and had the original aluminum windows and some screens on the outside that were bowed and let bugs in easily. The windows were hard to open and from the foundation shifting through the years there were gaps and cracks for air to get in.
Best Buy Windows was one of 3 quotes I got. Jim Rudolph was the salesman and he was very informative about the product. I got a quote for 10 replacement windows MI1620 series. I like the energy efficiency, the look and simple style of the single hung units as well as the security of the aluminum reinforced center bar.
They completed the install in less than a day and Rafael and his crew Angel and Elmi were fantastic! I was worried about my flowers and irrigation system but they did a good job of being careful and didn't damage any of them. They sealed the windows and got everything trimmed out and gave the house a facelift.
Now I can open the window with one hand, slides easily, and the screens fit perfectly. My view is better and I am so happy with the quality of product and service that I received. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Everybody we dealt with was professional and communicated well. Orlando and his crew did a fantastic job on the installation. They made sure everything was covered on the inside of our house and cleaned up all of the mess prior to leaving. He personally went around to check each window to make sure I was satisfied. The crew installed windows for the entire house in one day. They did an excellent job in our house not only looks better but is much better off for having these new windows. If we had to complain I had to clean up a little glass and everything else was so spectacular it wasn t an issue. They were the best value as well. We got quotes ranging from $6000.00-$20,000.00.
