I bought my house 4 years ago and it was built in 1985 and had the original aluminum windows and some screens on the outside that were bowed and let bugs in easily. The windows were hard to open and from the foundation shifting through the years there were gaps and cracks for air to get in.

Best Buy Windows was one of 3 quotes I got. Jim Rudolph was the salesman and he was very informative about the product. I got a quote for 10 replacement windows MI1620 series. I like the energy efficiency, the look and simple style of the single hung units as well as the security of the aluminum reinforced center bar.

They completed the install in less than a day and Rafael and his crew Angel and Elmi were fantastic! I was worried about my flowers and irrigation system but they did a good job of being careful and didn't damage any of them. They sealed the windows and got everything trimmed out and gave the house a facelift.

Now I can open the window with one hand, slides easily, and the screens fit perfectly. My view is better and I am so happy with the quality of product and service that I received. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
