No one willing to help in the car electronics. Talked to someone stocking TVs, told to talk to guys in Computers. They were already busy with customers. Did talk to someone, said I should talk to other guy (who was also busy with existing customer). This one then left in the middle of the conversation, wonky saying he had to go .

This Best Buy is an old standby for me. It's not always the most convenient place for me to get to but I know that they'll have what I'm looking for and if I'm patient, they'll have someone who can help me. there are a lot of different options with electronics these days so it's nice to have someone to talk to in person. I feel like when I've taken their recommendations I've gotten what I was looking for without being sold the highest price thing that they offer. I've had a bad experience with their same day delivery but other than that it's all good.

Went in to look at Surface Pros so I could tell what they were like in person before ordering online. Ended up talking with Mike their go to guy for computers and his help was exactly what I needed. I'd been looking at Surface Pros knowing I need more but not feeling comfortable in spending the extra money for a Surface Book. After talking with Mike about his surface book and the difference between that and the surface pro, it was clear that the price difference was minimal in comparison to the improvement in performance. He wasn't pushing me to buy at all, he gave me the information necessary to make the right decision. Had I not gotten his advice I would've left spending less, but in the long run wouldn't have enjoyed my purchase. Knowing the products better, I left feeling confident that spending the extra money was justified and feeling like I got a much better value. Made me happy leaving knowing I was completely satisfied. Went online after purchasing and realized I definitely got the best deal I could have for such a great device. Shout out to Mike, working hard trying to get his degree to help himself grow, while helping customers like me. He needs a raise or a promotion or both.

Before doing business with Best Buy, GOOGLE "Best Buy 0994" They have more victims than customers and have no intention on fixing the problem. Even the store number is fake. There is NO Way to talk to a representative at the store even when the fraud is happening in real time. They make no effort to stop this. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT STATEMENTS OFTEN!! In my case, I received an alert asking to verify the charge on my credit card. I flagged it and it declined the transaction. I took it apon my self to notify the store and found through google that the problem is infact within the store it self. Make sure you have the highest level of fraud protection and security features in play before using your card with any Best Buy or Best Buy affiliate. NEVER USE A DEBIT CARD!!

2 weeks ago me and my wife came in to look for a tv and Derrick walked over to help us and he was not only very knowledgeable but didn t try to sell us or down play the insignia tv. He actually told us the pros about it and it met exactly what we was looking for. Derrick was very professional and had excellent customer service. He even carried the tv to our car for us that was over and beyond good customer service and when we come back to shop we ll be asking for no other than Derrick thank you very much for a phenomenal experience shopping at Best Buy Derrick! Hope to see you in the near future when we come back.

Went there before Christmas to grab two TVs ordered online for pickup. It took a very long time for them to get them even though they were in the middle of the isle and I could have just gone in grabbed 2 and left. Instead we spent more time ordering online and although staff was nice I felt they should have offered something for the time spent waiting.

under the guise of the consequences of unrest, they steal money for service, blackmail.
just blocked phones are blocked. Unlocking takes from 2 weeks, payment for the service increases by 2 times.
Do not buy cheap phones that are repaired or in open boxes, otherwise you will be left without a connection for half a month or longer!
I bought a very cheap phone in a damaged box, restored, unlocked, with it was a Cricket wireless SIM card. the losses were already $ 130 (phone + service). For re-unlocking, they require another 55+ tax.

This best buy in particular for me anyways has been my favorite one ! The staff is always available, customer is always right when it comes to prices on shelf vs. In computer. Department staff don't hover like in other stores. Always a Pleasant experience.

THE BEST BEST BUY !!! It's easy to gripe about this chain,I found some very knowledgeable people here that really know what the they're talking about. I've also had a couple bad time here. But let's get real it's another corporate giant, with the headquarters right down the street so you would want to have better quality representing one of your main stores and it's hard to keep good help. None of these places pay anything worthwhile to keep the staff that they should. And the jobs that really need to be fulfilled here one or two times lac what they need to have as the right people.

When you need help, it's hard to find someone to help answer any questions. And it's usually not because they're busy helping other customers. It's usually because a group of employees just decide to sit around and chat amongst themselves.

Watch out Amazon, now you have some serious competition. My recent experiences at Best Buy have been nothing short of excellent!!!! There was always an associate to help me out. The associate that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and gave me good advise. The technician that installed my car audio system was super friendly and willing to answer all questions. Good Job BEST BUY!!!!

It has been a while since I have shopped Best Buy as my past experiences were severely lacking. Today was completely different and I am optimistic they are transforming their customer experience to be more consumer focused. Zach did a great job answering our questions about laptops. We made a purchase at Best Buy after a very negative experience at Micro Center in MN. Keep up the positive trend Best Buy!
