2 weeks ago me and my wife came in to look for a tv and Derrick walked over to help us and he was not only very knowledgeable but didn t try to sell us or down play the insignia tv. He actually told us the pros about it and it met exactly what we was looking for. Derrick was very professional and had excellent customer service. He even carried the tv to our car for us that was over and beyond good customer service and when we come back to shop we ll be asking for no other than Derrick thank you very much for a phenomenal experience shopping at Best Buy Derrick!
