The store was nice and the tvs are top notch but the staff never asked if I needed help. I was there for 20 minutes and not 1 associate asked if I needed help. They all just walked by and I was standing by an item I wanted to purchase. I decided to leave and take by business elsewhere.

The set up is just like other Best Buys, but the people are not. The crew there is so very pleasant and professional. None of my questions were too silly, and no amount of attention was an imposition. A wonderful place to purchase the products you want, with the service you'll love. Thanks team.

I wish I could leave 0 stars....the staff is rude ...

I wish I could leave 0 stars....the staff is rude and the management dismissive. I understand they might be busy, but how hard is it to politely say "please give me a few minutes to finish helping my current customer" instead of rudely saying "you'll have to wait, I'm busy."

Don't even waste your time here...drive to Prattville. The customer service experience is worth the drive.

They have great deals, any technology needed will be here. The workers are so nice and helpful. They literally have tech support that helps with any and everything. I love seeing what new devices and headphones they have in store.

Traveled to best buy to purchase a laptop, the pc area had four reps present one was helping two ladies the other three were joking around I'm guessing I waa invisible since neither of the three asked if I needed help. I ended up finding what I was looking for online and asked a rep to help me find since the website listed it in stock of course he tried to sale me something else and then left after he showed me a different laptop. I went home, purchased it online and came back to pick it up. That's my last time traveling to the store next time I'll just purchase from amazon.

I don't know why this location got such bad review...

I don't know why this location got such bad reviews. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and 3 more people asked if we needed assistance while we were shopping. A guy in the laptop area was helpful and very nice. Maybe they are under new management?

Once upon arrival greeted by a nice security guard which happened to be the only time I was greeted during my visit. The store was disturbingly low in inventory. From memory cards to just about anything else besides phone cases. I wouldn't plan on visiting and purchasing anything for a couple of weeks

Walked around the laptops for 20 mins. Found one I finally wanted and no one asked if I need help. When I finally asked someone to help me. They told me to ask someone up front. When I asked the guy up front about the samsung laptop on display he told me they don't keep them in stock. All this took about 40 mins.

I usually have a 5/5 experience here. My issues pertain to pandemic-related curbside service (it's worth mentioning that we haven't experienced any issues with this at the other 3 locations we've visited since March).
Once someone answers, the person receiving calls on the main number is nice, but she doesn't have answers pertaining to curbside orders, and she doesn't redirect you to someone who does. She will tell you that all curbside orders must be made online rather than directing your call to anyone with knowledge of a product, and when the app glitches it's near impossible to get the phone answered to tell them you've arrived for pickup. I think this location just needs more training on the phones.

I do a lot of electronics shopping at this store. They have a great selection and the financing options are good for large purchases. The benefit of Best Buy is they match pricing for reputable stores and online sites. I have done this to save the time of waiting for delivery. I'll gladly pay the sales tax to not have to wait for it to come to my door.

Customer service is nonexistent. As we walked in the greeter asked if he could direct us to what we were looking for. We told him the product and he said he would send someone over. Ten minutes later we went back to the door and asked for an associate. The same guy said he would send someone right over. Fifteen minutes later an employee walked down the aisle with another customer and asked if we were being helped. When we told her no, she said she just spent 40 minutes with another customer. We told her what we wanted and she said, exasperatingly, "I have to climb the wall to get that." We were there 35 minutes even though we knew exactly what we wanted and exactly where it was. I wanted to leave and order it online but my husband wanted to get it immediately.

Terrible customer service. The employee I encounte...

Terrible customer service. The employee I encountered was extremely rude and didn t seem to know much of anything. I placed an online order around 5:30pm that showed it would be available for pickup in an hour. Shortly after 6pm I received a text stating my item was ready for pickup so I drove to the store. I arrived around 6:30pm and the worker who came to the door just said they closed at 6 and couldn t help me. He then proceeded to load a tv for another customer. I explained that the item was already paid for and that the text saying the item was ready was sent to me after 6pm. The worker was still very rude and just kept repeating there s nothing I can do rather than give me an explanation. I needed the item ASAP and just asked him so I guess I just need to go purchase this somewhere else and cancel my order? He replied, saying yea you can just cancel your order. I Will not be buying anything else from this location.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and respectful of the pandemic we are all going through. In addition to adhering to all safety protocols, they took the time out to help find a USB cd rom for my laptop.

Considering it was Black Friday weekend, I have got to say that I was super impressed with how expeditious the staff was with having and getting my order ready.
They were all super pleasant, and provided exemplary customer service.

Same problem all Best buys have... It's a good place to browse but they make buying something way to painful! Always hard to find someone to check you out... Or there is a huge line because they only have one register open. There is no end to the number of people that harass you trying to help you find something, but it all falls apart when you actually want to buy something. They can't find things that are in stock according to their computer... No wonder Amazon is winning.. need to refocus their business model on the complete customer experience.

Okay I literally do SO MANY REVIEWS ON DIFFERENT PLACES... BUT I visited this bestbuy today 9/24/18 to purchase a laptop and the male who assisted me name was Cody OK I LOVE HIM HAHAHA he knew his job,he knew the processors,he just knew everything and I walked away with the "BEST BUY" literally. Idk if the employees or dms read these but if so. Tell Cody way to go man he is AMAZING!

Store is a mess. The worst part is they still have items (phones) on display that they no longer sale and can't even order because they have deleted them from inventory. Why are they still displaying them? Employees more interested in their own phone conversations than actuality helping customers.

A third got the location correct, but all merchandise had been replaced by tags saying the items were "locked up" elsewhere. No descriptive details were available for review. What happened to old fashioned "customer service"?

I came in today for a screen protector and asked the lady at the door where they were located, to which she pointed "over there on the end". What a great help.. Once I wandered around long enough to find "over there" I saw one option for my galaxy s20 so I grabbed it and took it to the register for checkout. I asked if it was possible to have it put on for me as I am no good at aligning them. She told me it would be an additional $8 (go figure) and sent me over to a desk where I stood for 15 minutes as employees avoided eye contact and went about their business. Ended up walking out the front door and saved myself $8.

We showed up a couple minutes before they were closing and the customer service rep was still willing to help us and found us exactly what we were looking for. He was so nice and really made my son's day, as we were looking for some gaming mic that he really wanted.

Dumbest idea moving the store from Eastern Blvd to East Chase. They could only top it by closing the Prattville, AL store at the same time. I will order from Amazon or go to Wal-Mart before I go to East Chase.

The saleswoman was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to me with regard to getting me the best deal for purchasing a Fitbit 2 for my wife. She even alerted me to price checking and matching that price! Thanks Best Buy!

Why close down a perfectly working store in Prattv...

Why close down a perfectly working store in Prattville, and also the one in the middle of Montgomery... to open a poorly operated one in EASTCHASE?

So now it's harder to get to the store because of traffic, awesome. There is only one store now, awesome. There are hardly any employees working, and they barely talk to you. Only the nice guy at the door welcomes you. I stood in line to buy a gift card for 20 minutes because there was only one register open with 5 people in line. No employees who walked passed, if there even were any, tried to come help. Online orders scheduled for the day of get canceled or pushed to a different day. They absolutely do not know how to answer phones. I've called different days about different situations, not once did I even get an answer. I miss the other two stores, they actually knew how to operate. I am a huge tech guru, constantly in Best Buy to buy things. Now I am irritated that my happy place has turned into an annoyance to deal with.

I have to admit that they had just what I needed in stock,a replacement A/C charger for my computer, although I was a little shocked at the price compared to ordering from online.But I did get it right away and I could check it out with my computer to know that it would work. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good service, facts not always correct, do research. Check for discounts. Don't think u r going to get a match price, they always find a reason NOT to match, just go to place u r getting better price.
