Bad customer service. Bought a nice new fridge and delivery only consistent of plugging it in not even attaching the handles, not inspecting the surface for dents. There was a small dent in our door and after getting the run around on the phone and never getting to really speak with anyone who cares, was finally emailed and offered a $75 gift card for future purchases. I will no longer consider Best Buy for appliance purchase.
Went in after work for a new charge cord for the phone, thanks to my dumbass forgetting it at Potowatomi. Got helped quick by an extremely helpful and polite employee, she tracked down the item that was out of stock on the shelf but still in her system and was back on my way home in no time.
This is by far the best best buy around when it comes to customer service. They will make sure you leave 100% satisfied!

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. I can never come here without being asked 2 or 3 rides if I need help finding anything and most staff is very knowledgeable.
Came in to buy an SSD. The price in store was different than online (even though online told me how many were in stock at the store). That got fixed at the register, but should not have been as difficult as it was. Before I made it to the register, the same individual asked me 5 times of I needed help. I had planned on buying a few more random items (webcam, wireless mouse, and a if on sale, a Blu-ray player) ,but this employee made me uncomfortable and I decided to cut my order short and buy the rest somewhere else, where the employees don't harass me.
Great service if you are making a purchase. However, if you need to return something it's a completely different story. Service is a key differentiator now so I wanted to like this place. Will stick with Amazon.

Went in looking for a 50in 4k tv and the associate spent extra tome looking to price match a larger tv to my price range couldnt be happier with my experience or purchase

Disappointed. Ordered iPhone 5 days ago. Estimated pick up date is today, waiting whole day to get my order but order status is still preparing. Then i called store asked if my order is ready but they said they dont have my order(iphone). How can this be possible? If i need my order they said wait one more week. Never had experience like this.
Cass quickly upgraded both me and my wife's phones. Only issue was the USB adapter was left out of my take home goodies. Will be picking them up later this week.
Can you imagine standing there 20 minutes at the checkout counter just to be told that "What are u buying gift cards for?""I can ALLOW you to buy these 3 gift cards". Seriously? I thought they would appreciate my business. That bestbuy guy was staring at a girl when he was talking to me.

Best buy experience had improved tremendously in last few years. From slimy, entitled, snobby teenagers they used to hire, they now have well trained and helpful staff to go along their price match program.
