Terrible customer service. I ordered a product which did not arrive within the promised delivery time frame. The company were uncontactable via phone. A week later I was informed by email that the product was not available. I requested a refund, and received no response to my email nor any refund. 2 weeks later I am still waiting.

Appalling customer service. I ordered and paid for a VHF radio, it didn't turn up via 'next day delivery' as advertised. After calling customer services (and them not getting back to me like they said they would), I eventually got through to be told it was "out of stock" after all! Great, thanks for telling me. It shouldn't be this hard.

Had the need to return en electricfal product after it failed just 3 weeks after pruchase. No confirmation of recept, not feedback, and after 2 months, still no replacement. The only way I get any feedback from them is by chasing them down. They don't even seem to work within the law (Sale of Good Act). What truly appauling service.

Absolute rubbish. Be very careful what you buy, they tried to sell me a 10 year old engine with the wrong HP rating outboard cover. Oh and that was okay as it was a 'clearance' item. Avoid

Really surprised by all the negative reviews for this company. I've used them maybe a dozen times over the past couple of years and have always had a great service. Some of their sale prices are fantastic.

There is no phone number to contact them, not even a mobile. They used to be a big chandler but now only seem to have a few odd items all listed as clearance. Does anyone know what is happening there?

Before reading their reviews, I bought a Musto HPX jacket from Mailspeed Marine. Suffice to say, I was a little worried by what I read, but it was too late. I received confirmation of my order, a dispatch notification with tracking details soon after and the coat arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately it was too small, but I was hesitant to return it fearing that I may never see my money again and that I d then have nothing to show for it. Lo and behold, about a week after I d shipped the coat back and much to my surprise, my money did make an appearance. In spite of the poor reviews, my experience with this company hasn t been unpleasant at all.

There is no facility to pick up onsite as advertised. The Reception door is locked shut. The Chat people will tell you that you can pay & collect on the same day - onsite they say that's not possible. Truly atrocious
