Agent scheduled appointment for Wednesday afternoon 1- 1:45. Attempted to move showing to 4 -4:45 Wednesday afternoon. Then rescheduled showing for 3:30 - 3:45 on Thursday 5.17.19. Agent did not show home and did not cancel. I work 45-50 minutes away from home and have to get the dogs out of the house for every showing. This requires me to take off work the entire afternoon. The agents performance in this instance was rude and unprofessional. I would not trust my home to this agent or agency.
Robert is great, super helpful and had great advice while doing tours of houses. If I had worked with him, I likely would have had a far better experience.
