I live in Southeast Louisiana and our home had wind damage from Hurricane Zeta on 10/28/2020, the roof had extensive damage and caused minimal water damage to the ceiling, the fence was flattened along with damage to the entrance gate. I was dreading the idea of having all of this fixed and having to deal with inspectors, adjusters and contractors from my experience with Hurricane Katrina in 2005 at which time I had Allstate which was nightmare but in all fairness there was no comparison between the damage done by the two storms since Katrina was supposedly our 100 year storm so I contacted Bankers to file the claim and get the wheels rolling. Within two days an inspector was out to take photos and file his report and I was very impressed by Steffan he was very observant and made some additional suggestions as we walked around. I was mostly impressed with the claim adjuster at Bankers who was assigned to my claim and in one brief conversation I knew that I was in good hands and this wasn't going to be the nightmare that I had envisioned. Susan Rodriguez has extensive experience in several areas and made this claim swift, efficient and painless. Things should be back to normal within about six weeks pending labor and material availability

Horrible company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. They sent an adjuster out after I received the report back. I contracted them informing them that the adjusters report was incorrect. Their adjuster had all my ceiling height 2ft shorter and was missing a rooms on the report and other damages. I was told by them not to worry about it that they would pay off my contractor's bid. When I submitted that they said it was so much higher then their first adjusters they would have to sent another adjuster. He also missing damages. I have not been able to get anyone to respond to email or call me back. It has been 5 months no response. I have been trying to get my house repaired now for 1 year. I call and email every week and NOTHING AND NO ONE RESPONDS BACK. And I still don't have all the money to fix my house! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. I will be filing a complaint with the State Insurance Commissioner

I just had to leave a review about Miss Karen White in the Flood Dept! She is a Bright light during these crazy dark times :) I never work with flood and was honestly anxious that I was going to look stupid, but Karen had me in stiches and we bonded instantly! She has a way of explaining things that just makes it easy to understand and she even provided me with training tools and offered her extension and email for the future. She's a real good egg that one, rare in this line of work <3

My home had busted pipe and water damage during the Texas ice storm on February 2020. I had a home owners insurance policy with the company so I contacted them. After the adjuster came they provided a very low quote. After I sent over the quote from an independent 3rd party, they prompted to send another adjuster since the first one didn't do "a good job". Now over two months have passed and there was zero communications ever since. The 2nd adjuster never came either.

I'm not seeking an outsized damage reimbursement but just a fair price to pay for the repair. I've asked the company to hire a qualified 3rd party to do the job instead of sending a check to me. Nothing happened.

I sustained some damage to my home. I contacted Bankers to submit a claim. It was a professional, easy and very fast process. My Claim was submitted over the phone, an adjuster contacted me, scheduled an on site visit, complete the necessary paperwork and shortly after I receive a check in the mail. This is my First time doing this and I really appreciate the simplicity of the entire process.
