Loud and chaotic Management doesn t care . Parking is terrible Cobwebs along stairs and doorways are gross Basically if you want to live in a place that allows fast driving, loud parties, cops called every weekend, doors and walls banging, car doors slamming- kids yelling - and more Then this is your HOME
I have lived at 2 Berkshire properties and have been very pleased at both. The staff at Berkshire Vinings especially has always been so pleasant and helpful.

RedHawRanch needs some serious help. The staff is not helpful, thorough, and lacks customer service skills. Valet trash is an unnecessary inconvenience and is something that should of been done away with at least 4 years ago according to reviews. Matenience needs help too, so much that another worker from a Berkshire company apartment had to come service us a week later upon the request. Calling Romania for work requests is quite the opposite direction, and not helpful as well. I thought Berkshire would be better than renting a property from Greystar, but I guess not.
