RedHawRanch needs some serious help. The staff is not helpful, thorough, and lacks customer service skills. Valet trash is an unnecessary inconvenience and is something that should of been done away with at least 4 years ago according to reviews. Matenience needs help too, so much that another worker from a Berkshire company apartment had to come service us a week later upon the request. Calling Romania for work requests is quite the opposite direction, and not helpful as well. I thought Berkshire would be better than renting a property from Greystar, but I guess not.
