Customer service for workhorse products is horrible and they're douchey. Took me almost a month to return a tube and getting charge 30 percent restocking fee. Sales department is nice... I wonder why.
The Waterloo Customer Service Representatives are very tentative and helpful! They respond to inquiries in a timely manner and answer all questions. The products are high quality and durable enough to withstand the test of time.
Not responsive to customer issues. We have a 12 color Sabre which shuts down when running at slow speeds resulting in time loses in the $1000's . They had a solution but failed to notify us for months. Very disappointed with their service staff! The money you save buying their equipment will result in greater expense than if purchased an M&R for instance. DON'T BUY!
