Kuna Counseling Center Reviews

My experience at this place has not been professional at all! the front desk staff is disrespectful, has no consideration for client care and treats clients like they are less important than the staff. I have had one front desk staff, Bernadette, not even look up to talk to me and be very dismissive. I think they forget that clients are who keep them in business. Funny how most of the reviews that are good on google are done by their own staff too!

I have been calling and trying to get in to see Iris or Jessy because I have worked with them before at a different place and they helped me a lot I keep being told they don t have openings. I know other people who see these counselors and found out that after months of trying to get in both of these counselors have had openings and both of them didn t even know I had been trying to get in. Im sad these counselors work at a place that s SO unprofessional because they are both really good counselors . I d like to see one of them but I will not do it there!

This place is by far the best! Counselors are amazingly friendly and helpful. Everyone that works there is well trained from the front desk to the owner!

My oldest son used to have behavior problems. I tried lots of therapists to help him and had no luck. Just when I was about to give up I heard of a therapist at this Kuna counseling named Kyle algria from friends and my sons school. I decided to give therapy one last try and made an appointment to see him. I had to wait 2 months which was frustrating but he was a blessing to my sons life so waiting 2 months was ok cuz he helped my oldest son so much. I tried to get my younger son in to see Kyle after my other son finished and I was told that I had to wait 4 months at least. It has been 6 months and I keep being told I have to wait more time and I should pick another therapist. I then found out that he also works at the school and I tried to get his help at school but he doesn t do therapy at school. I have told them that my situation is urgent and that we can t wait any more. I called again this week and he told me that I still have to wait. No matter what I say I keep getting told I have to wait cuz they do first come first serve here. This is a terrible way to help people who realy need help. I don t understand why we are forced to wait so long because I have never had this problem with any other therapist and my family has had 8. So even tho Kyle is good it doesn t help no one if no one can see him. I have heard this same complaint from lots of other parents that have tried to see him to. Parents shouldnt have to wait half year to get the right help for there kids and the only help we get is to keep waiting or pick another therapist. It s ridiculous and needs fixed.

Facility is new and has a great feel with a professional staff.
