Disgustingly dirty place. They have arts and crafts rooms where they use sparkles. You will see sparkles everywhere. On people's faces on beds just everywhere. The place is disgusting and dirty. The staff are all hired from the same pool of Zombies. I guess working there drains all your compassion and empathy if they had any to begin with. If you find yourself there do anything possible to get out.
The single most horrific experience of my life. Due to clerical error i spent 3 days in this madhouse. I myself am a doctor. I never treated anyone with as much cruelty in a second as I was treated in the emergency room for the duration of 12 hours. I was denied any form of human dignity. I was lied to, denied contact with a doctor for over 5 hours, and was made to feel totally helpless and alone, much to the amusement of the clerical staff.
As I write this review I am reliving this nightmare. So, in closing, let me just warn anyone reading this to stay away at any cost. I will be suing this facility. And individual staff members.
This place is horrible! Avoid this place at all costs if you have a choice. Staff needs training in morale and compassion. Never have I met staff so rude have no empathy and treat patients and visitors like they were running a prison not a hospital. Need training in Emotional Intelligence, from the ER, to the the main entrance greeters, to the doctors, to medical records and learn to treat people like human beings and not as another chart, another number. Train them to treat patients and families like a human being, see them as someone s son, daughter, parent who is suffering through their illnesses and ease their pain and suffering by understanding their needs rather than treating everyone with a cold heart and aggravation. Families are already depressed and stressed out why make it more difficult by giving little attention and attitude
This place was full of all types of people good, bad even some in between truths and lies they themselves believe; oh this goes for staff as well... I felt some of the staff was overwhelmed by patients with not enough staff to provide more individual attention for all. I feel as if patients like myself found/find themselves stuck in there levels which then manifest in peoples minds as prisons. I know colvid has slowed a lot down but it s was in my opinion to the point that no movement was happening.
I had both a great & horrible experience and over all a wonderful one.
Doctors are sometimes too cautious of potential pessimistic outcomes they distances themselves from patients but there are good ones.
The age old question of what s best differs from patient to patient. So I offer no answers if this place will truly do that but there are real good staff there. As a once patient I like to say some staff needs to check they personal problems at the door. For others that were or may find themselves as patients have patients for even the good staff members can t help everyone at once. Showing patients shows you have taken time to truely reflex on how and why you got there. *Also READ THEIR POLICIES* knowledge of how Most agree things should go will help you from being under minded. If you have to ask the same question over to a new staff do so, bug them the good ones(staff members) will surely help and look at you in a new light. Only those that want to pass this challenge will.
the staff of that hospital should be given training by human resources. They lack ethics and respect for the patient, the doctors and nurses do not check the patient as they should ... they never took my vital signs and they are very disrespectful with their treatment
WORST HOSPITAL!!! Do not go here. The Doctor would continuously put a rag over my face to stop me from talking while I was restrained. Security guard forcefully put his elbow on my neck to stop me from moving to restrain me not allowing me to breathe. Any time I would step out of the ER room to ask to speak to a doctor the security guards or nurses would forcefully drag me back to the room and once again restrain and sedate me. Please avoid this hospital at all cost as they are not here help just keep people quite and if you ve been to this hospital you know what I am talking about. They don t care about the people there nor do they know how to properly and professional care for them as I ve seen in the hospital.
Great staff great service I went to Dr Adel he ordered alot of tests I was able to do most of them in one day. The registration staff to the techs were great. I can't ask for more. Thanks you. Julia
I'm having the hardest time getting in touch with their detox center. I'm running late because of transit. An I swear the lady I get in touch with, goes thru a new screening an tried to convince I didn't need it. , like I need help an I have to go thru detox to get the help. An she just didn't care I don't know why she gave me the first appointment of the day. I'm 2hours away by transit. I'm crying cause she said it only by appointment. Like whenever I need help this is what I mean by roadblocks. May the devil leave me alone!
It's the worst place ever. No one is nice. Cant get throught patience. I wouldn't bring my dog there It's all about money ratings. Who cares about people. Sad world we live in.
