This is solely for the billing department.

They all tell you different information, one says they don t report to credit agencies and will do in house payment plans. Another person tells you it s a 3rd party payment plan. You have to stay on top of them because they absolutely will not call you back. I now have a payment plan with one balance and a collection notice with another. No one can seem to manage to explain why. If you don t have great insurance you re basically SOL.

I would just like to say that this hospital and floor (2 East) has by far been the best experience with the best staff from any hospital in New Jersey and I am not exaggerating at all! My mom has been a patient on this floor for about 6 days and I am truly grateful for the compassion and care that all of the staff has shown from the front desk to the cafeteria the emergency room the cleaning staff everyone is amazing! I appreciate the hospitality and I appreciate the fact that All of the staff show that they care about your loved ones! I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone!

The 3 East nurses (Dana, Lauren and Sissy) and patient care associates (Nicolette, Erin etc) were all amazing just to name a few. Unfortunately, I don t have all the night staff names, but they were also very patient and caring - night time can be hard for my mom. The case manager (Jane) walked us through rehab options for my Mom and the Patient Advocate team (Mark, Amy and Ron) continuously checked in to be all our questions were answered. Thank you!

never in a million days I would ve thought this hospital staff was so amazing,attentive and overall caring with their patients.However it was 1 nurse in particular that stole my heart her name is Sweety from 3 north.Her dedication,attentiveness,courtesy and ability to explain everything with details was excellent by all means.Thanks to nurses like her make patients like me feel so much welcome and at peace in a hospital were a lot of people are not having a great time.I thank this hospital & all the staff for such amazing dedication to your occupation may god bless ya and keep up the amazing work.

I was in 3N for a bariatric procedure and I was pretty nervous as the clock was counting to my surgery time. Nurse Mack came in just before go time and calmly and efficiently explained everything I was about to go through. He told me step by step who was going to be coming and going, how fast paced everything was going to be, how to breath and just take it minute to minute until I was asleep. It was comforting knowing what I was about to experience. Nurse Mack one I was situated in the surgery table also played some of my favorite songs until I went to sleep. Really good guy and I wish I could ve seen him again to thank him before I left. While in recovery Nurse Sona took excellent care of me and made me feel nice and comfortable while I was feeling pretty beat up from the surgery. She checked on me regularly and had the best and friendliest attitude a person in one of the most stressful jobs in the world could have. I wish I could ve thanked her too. Mark from the Patient Experience Ambassador program was also amazing. He sat with me and told me about his past experiences with the same procedure. Giving me tips and ideas for a speedier recovery. He really made me feel good about my future after having this procedure. Thank all you guys for doing what you do and helping me through this.

If I could give this hospital a zero rating I would. The doctors, nurses and techs are all capable of doing their jobs. Most times, however there is little to no communication between doctors and patients. In my case this has resulted in a number of days sitting here with no communications or diagnostic tests. I m quite certain that I will be billed for those days.
Certainly my experience here is very different than others except for one strong mitigating factor, the ratings of US News. US News is a compilation of different data points and ratings. Their material indicates that the hospital is poorly rated or unrated except for three specialties. Lack of communication is most often cited as the underlying problem.
Please don t bother to respond, nothing will be accomplished until the owners of this hospital begin to listen to and support their staff.
Coming from a corporate background I see how successful all these acquisitions and mergers have been.

I asked for an antibody test to be ordered. They refuse to send in this request. Why? Because they don t want anyone to know if they have antibodies. They should be very ashamed of themselves. They asked me if I had a medical degree. Why does that matter? I asked to test foe antibodies? Last time I check this was not a dangerous ordeal to have your blood drawn.

I got a gastric sleeve surgery and had some complications so had to stay a little longer. I have been staying at 3N for the past 4 days and I could honestly say everyone is so nice and helpful here. My two favorite nurses so far are Jackie in Day shift and Kaitlyn in the night shift. They have been nothing but catering. The patient advocate Mark has been very nice and always makes sure to know that everything is running alright. The staff are checking on you every 30 min and come up to your room as soon as you press the help button. This is the first time I ve ever stood in a hospital but i could say it has not been a bad experience at all. Would definitely recommend Bayshore Medical Center. It is super clean which is a plus!

Had a wonderful experience on 3 east. Nurses & techs were very attentive & thorough. I also did not have to wait long at all if using the call button, they answered & came to my room immediately. Great experience here.

I recently had my Gastric Sleeve procedure done at Bayshore. I really can t put into words how wonderful everyone was here and how great I was treated. Dealing with speed bumps after surgery isn t easy, but when the staff treats you the way they do here, you sometimes forget that you ve hit that speed bump. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the assistants, to the lovely people who bring you your meals, and a special shout out to Mark Morrison (absolutely amazing person who I m privileged to have met) who is the patient advocate here. EVERYONE went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable, informed and happy as can be .and most importantly, safe! I m so happy that I chose to come here to change my life and get this weight loss procedure. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my closest family here for any medical needs possible. Thank you so much for your care!!
