I am sure they are a fine clinic, but I was misled to believe they accepted United Vision insurance, based on their website and United's list of in-network providers. However, I called to confirm the appointment today and was told they are out-of-network. Website should be updated, would have saved me time.

It is an excellent attention. Very satisfied my eyes saved me.

The Beraja Medical the receptionist are rude bossy treat patience like dogs,the doctors don't have any respect for the peoples time the schedule you at certain time and then you have to wait for two hours to be seated. Nothing agsing Cubans but is dismal service!

Lack of profesionalism. You wait 2+ hours to be treated reluctantly. And if you're not Latino worse, they pass you by and you're still waiting.

It started off great... Then it was a free fall. Arrived at 12pm for a 12.45pm appointment. Place was packed with elderly. We forgot our documentation and IDs yet staff was helpful and I found a copy in my phone. Problem with this place is the wait time. We just saw the doctor and it's 3.45pm. three hours...!!

These people call me multiple times a day and I ve never even been here. I ve asked multiple times to be removed from their call list, they are incessant. Reporting them for violating Do Not Call list registries.

We arrived at 10 am and at 2:00 pm he still had not left the place.

There is a young lady and there was an old one rude 2. There is a pandemic going on they have glass in front of them she gives me my appointment card and puts it all the way inside so i couldn't grab my card and im telling her can you please push it more out i can't get it she ignored me cause she there talking to a guy with glasses that works there and the other receptionist so i had to grab a pen and push it out and im there telling her i cant grab it and she still kept talking until i pulled it out. And then she says that's it you can go already.

I ve been here twice and won t come back any more. The first time I was here I had to wait two hours. I was willing to be flexible and try again in case that was a fluke. I ve currently been waiting for two hours and counting for this next appointment. This is despite having an appointment both times. Completely disrespectful of one s time and totally irresponsible to stuff people into a waiting room for hours given COVID-19.

I have a very bad experience of the Berajas Medical Institute, more than an institute it is a factory, my appointment at 9:30 in the morning became that at 12 noon I had to leave, at my own request because I had not been attended yet, They make many appointments and few doctors, which makes the waiting time unbearable and exasperating.
The highly trained staff is very professional and friendly, but it is not the fault of the staff all the things that are happening are the fault of the board of directors or the owners of the institute, it is their fault that so many patients are still being treated with the coronavirus as it is and is not being maintained, social distancing, the room full of accompanying patients.
I do not recommend this institute to anyone because, because when you put the economic over the health of your patients many oaths are being violated, as health personnel and much more as a doctor, that the Hippocrates Oath is violated.
That is why I repeat, this institute is not the only Ophthalmology center, it is not in this institute where they will cure or solve your vision problems, on the contrary, they cause you stress problems or they can cause a rise in pressure. I RECOMMEND

The treatment is good. Friendly staff. Reasonable waiting time but being a place where eyes are blind or visually impaired. Worse place ever!!! Don t even bother going there. They can t even get things done. I have been waiting 2 months for a Prior Authorization to get done for a medication. I m suppose to go back for my follow up and I haven t even started my treatment cause they can t even do a prior authorization. Unacceptable! So unprofessional

Worst place to see an eye doctor. They always try to find something to get money. No matter what you tell them. Specially if you go to get the eye glasses, they try to intimidate you with things that you don't have. If it is the very first time you go always go some place else for a second opinion.
