I am sure they are a fine clinic, but I was misled to believe they accepted United Vision insurance, based on their website and United's list of in-network providers. However, I called to confirm the appointment today and was told they are out-of-network. Website should be updated, would have saved me time.

These people call me multiple times a day and I ve never even been here. I ve asked multiple times to be removed from their call list, they are incessant. Reporting them for violating Do Not Call list registries.

There is a young lady and there was an old one rude 2. There is a pandemic going on they have glass in front of them she gives me my appointment card and puts it all the way inside so i couldn't grab my card and im telling her can you please push it more out i can't get it she ignored me cause she there talking to a guy with glasses that works there and the other receptionist so i had to grab a pen and push it out and im there telling her i cant grab it and she still kept talking until i pulled it out. And then she says that's it you can go already.

I ve currently been waiting for two hours and counting for this next appointment. This is despite having an appointment both times. Worse place ever!!! Don t even bother going there. They can t even get things done. I have been waiting 2 months for a Prior Authorization to get done for a medication. I m suppose to go back for my follow up and I haven t even started my treatment cause they can t even do a prior authorization. Unacceptable! So unprofessional

Specially if you go to get the eye glasses, they try to intimidate you with things that you don't have. If it is the very first time you go always go some place else for a second opinion.
