Staff is friendly and professional, but the agreed time for the appointment is not respected, my appointment was delayed 1 hour and 30 minutes, for a 15 minute attention, so I spent 2 hours in the institute to be attended 15 minutes even when I had an agreed appointment, I recommend respecting the appointment times, this shows respect for the time of the patients they attend.
