I went to my Friday afternoon appointment and was seen within 15 minutes. The office has very uptodate ophthalmology machinery so the reading are extremely accurate. Dr. Alvarez is very nice and caring and I liked her treatment plan because it was a combination of complementary treatments. I am very happy with the quality of medicine and service.

They give you a shift at 12 o'clock, they call you by phone so that you come at 10 o'clock to take exams, when you arrive right away they call you to charge you, but they make you wait until 2 in the afternoon to stop by, to see the doctor, the The bathroom does not have soap to wash your hands, you let an employee know, and very calm without any concern and not taking into account that we are still going through a pandemic, he tells me that they are waiting to put the soap

They give you and appointment at 12 pm, 2 days in advance they called you to ask you to come early at 10 am, once you are there they call you to charge you but they make you wait 4 hours to call you to see the doctor , if you go to the bathroom there is NO Soap to wash your hands, I let an employee know about that there is no soap in the bathroom and he didn't care, he said very peacefully without taking in consideration there is still corona virus , that they are waiting to get the soap to put it in the bathroom

OMG THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. MY MOTHERS APPT WAS AT 9 AM. WE WERE TOLD TO BE THERE 30 MIN PRIOR. I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE. SHE SAID MAXIMUM 45 MINUTES. WELL I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW IN THE WAIT ROOM ITS 245 ALMOST AND STILL MOM ISN'T OUT. WOW I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR. NEVER COME HERE. ITS HORRIBLE.

The doctors are very professional, especially Dr. Alvarez, who with her manner and professionalism with which she treats her patients, transforming the environment of fear and insecurity that we have when entering a hospital, into a healthy, pleasant and safe environment. All the workers, along with the property, remain impeccable, their equipment and work instruments are of a superior quality and all modern, also highlighting cleanliness, human quality and respect for their patients and among the staff themselves.
Other good things I noted was the waiting time for patients to see their doctor. Dr. Alvarez s service was quick and efficient. She was also attentive.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at the Beraja Clinic with Dr. Alvarez. Even when I told him that my vision problems did not affect my daily life because I was driving and reading without great difficulty, he only gave me the alternative of surgery and I am sure it is not Dr. Beraja's policy to proceed in this way. On the other hand, the prescription of my eyesight was bad, I couldn't see well with the new glasses, I had to re-measure my eyesight in another place, the measurements are different and now I can see well with the other new glasses. I am grateful that I did not have surgery in that place because the intraocular lenses had not been well graduated and the surgery would have been a failure. I am sorry Dr Beraja to give this opinion because I have a high opinion of YOUR professionalism.

I took my elderly Aunt here recently and couldn t be happier with the care she received. Highly recommend Dr. Jane P. at this office . She is very informative and professional. I have taken my Aunt to other clinics in area and this optometrist has been best by far . I will be referring others to see this Doctor .The techs were also very helpful and kind . The waiting room is nice and clean . There is a coffee are which is a plus .

Horrible experience. My grandfather's surgery was severely delayed. He was the first one in by appointment but they saved him for last because the other surgeries would be faster. He had to spend long hours without contact with his family (didn't let us see him) on a empty stomach He is 83 years old. Would not recommend.

This place only see $$$$$ ,not patients, my mom was scheduled for surgery at 11am, she has to be fasting for the procedure, we arrived 10:40, at 3pm she still waiting to have surgery, no one explained the reasons of the delay.I think this is not acceptable, thats the reason I saw many elders discharged and very dizzy, THEY HAVE TO SHOW COMPATION.Never will recommend this center...EVER

The technicians, doctors and the staff in general are professional, ethical and on point! But to learn that you have to pay $19.70 for a prescription was outrageous!!! They should have informed about that when I made the appointment! That was unusual and I could have never guessed that the prescription was not covered by my insurance! So check before you schedule a visit. I am fair; I ve been there before and it didn t happened but it did this time. Today I am going to call my insurance and check with them.

This office has zero consideration for your time. My first appointment they were over an hour late and I was assured that that is not normal. My second appointment (today) they made me wait over two hours after my appointment before seeing me. This is an eye doctor so it s not like they have emergencies that would push schedules out. They clearly seriously overbook in order to keep their schedules full at the expense of our schedules. Unfortunately I have to come back here one more time for a follow up but I would strongly encourage to find another practice unless you can give up most of your day for an eye exam.

Great place ......but long wait, the technicians call the patient after almost 2 hours. Then they do the pre check and they put again for 2 hours or more waiting to be seen by the Doctor. The Doctor barely speak with the patient. I Don't recommend this place.

I waited 4 hours to see the Dr. And I couldn't take it anymore, I retired because I was desperate for so long in a place without ventilation and many people in the same situation, using the chairs without taking any precautions, I am dissatisfied and I paid for a service that did not I received and felt at risk.

They called making me believe that I am a regular patient of them to offer a service that I do not need. I don't know how he got my data. I have never been to his office.

Badly bad. !! The customer service is terrible I had an appointment and the day my appointment arrived they told me that they had called me the day before to tell me that the doctor was on vacation I told her why they had not. Called or left a voice message. !! I was wasting my time.

The waiting time is very long, they abuse the time of the patients, they call you at 7:30 a.m. and the doctor arrives at 9 a.m.

Not to happy. I was prescribed by the Doctor an antibiotic ointment for my eyes with having no infection what so ever and to be put in my eyes every nigh for 4 months, when all I had was dry eyes. Also it took me 2 hours to get thrue on the phone to let them know about the wrong prescription and then there wasn't a apologie or a explanation of why this happened. If it would of been a confused elderly person no one would of find out.

I never wrote a bad review but this is just ridiculous! 2nd time here and will be my last! Came here as a referral from my physician to have my eyes check. Got here 20 mins prior to my 10am appointment. I swear waiting to be seen here is worser than crowded hospital and DMV combined. Both times it took over 2hours to be called upon!! On top of that the 1st time was even more crowded than the 2nd time. Zero stars if could!

Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, they were more than accommodating in taking me in early. I was greeted by a very sweet and helpful front desk girl and she did my registration. Was then asked to please have a seat and wait to be called which incidentally happened within 5 minutes!!! Was given a vision pre examination by another person which she was very pleasant. And finally I met with Dr. Flores, I can't begin to Express my absolute satisfaction with her, she took all the time to explain my condition and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place as well as Dr Flores. I will most definitely be back and recommending anyone who needs this type of check up!

Do not recommend this place if you value your health. My father was left unattended following his procedure. As a result he fell, while in the recovery room, knocked out his teeth, damaged his nose, neck, and other complications now arise. He has trouble seeing out of the eye they did the surgery on due to this fall. Massive headaches, etc. Due to his age they washed their hands of any responsibility since they know no lawyer will touch the case. So far he has accumulated over $10,000 in medical bills and they sit back and ignore his pain and suffering.

Waited two hours. Never got the test I came in for because the technicians had left by the time I was seen by the assistant
