I'm tired of calling the support team all the time...

I'm tired of calling the support team all the time. Can this internet work smoothly or are you unable to enable us. The tv has been off for two days. It turns itself on and off for 5 seconds. Internet is not available throughout the apartment. Can I terminate my contract ahead of time. What less do I pay than get upset about people who don't know how to do their jobs.
