Went with my mom to get perfume. The lady was so nice and remembered us from Christmas. Excellent customer service and my mom was happy with her perfume purchase.

Awful customer service. They kept me on hold for 2 hours. Every time i got to someone they transferred me to someone else. When i was finally able to speak to someone the manager was rude and reluctant to assist me. Would absolutely not recommend this store to anyone. And i dont blame macys, i blame the management here.

I bought my son's clothes and shoes, didn't have to go to any other place to buy. And had very good price, lots of discounts. Love Macy's.

Great store, always clean and well organized! You are able to find what you want most of the time with your size preference. Macy's has everything from clothes, shoes, cologne, perfumes, hand bags, wallets, and more! Definitely a good spot to check out and get something from. They also usually have good deals and sales going on! Staff is always really helpful and gets you what you are looking for.

I went to the Clinique counter looking for a specific product, and a very friendly, and helpful young lady knew exactly what I was looking for.
