Awful customer service. They kept me on hold for 2 hours. Every time i got to someone they transferred me to someone else. When i was finally able to speak to someone the manager was rude and reluctant to assist me. Would absolutely not recommend this store to anyone. And i dont blame macys, i blame the management here.
